Biglietti d'ingresso a tempo per la Galleria dell'Accademia

They give you fast-access tickets to skip the line at the Accademia Gallery but there is no guide whatsoever inside, so what you are paying for is not as advertised (mentions a 1.5 hour guided tour). They should be honest about what you are booking in the description.

Went to the ever gorgeous and busy Academia Gallery in Florence. So much art and history to see. The purchase process was easy and fairly understandable on how to exchange the vouchers for tickets. A little confusing as it said to bring confirmation/vouchers to booth in front of the gallery. After several times of showing the man at the booth and in front of the gallery my print out confirmation and than my online voucher, here is how it works. With my online vouchers, NOT THE CONFIRMATION printout, you are let into the gallery and exchange vouchers for gallery tickets. Had I shown up with just my printout confirmation, that would have been useless. I never had to go to the booth across the street. Directions are a bit confusing. Just happy your company is legit and good comunícation. Would use again. Side note, great organization from Gallery staff keeping the masses of people in the correct lines and answering questions. Had a great time!!

We visited Galleria dell'Accademia Which is a fantastic place of art for any tourist in Florence. Enjoyed our time, seeing sculptures from Michelangelo and paintings from famous painters of Italy. I would like to thank you very much the agent from Headout for being such a nice person and accommodating or schedule.

The exhibits were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately it was over crowded and confusing. The gallery could have been laid out in such a way to keep the public moving in an orderly direction. My overall impression was get as many people into the gallery and leave them to their own devices. We paid a lot of money for the tour and never got a tour guide.

We paid €35 per ticket. We picked the tickets up from the Headout guy. I was expecting a tour guide for that price, but all it provided was faster entry to the museum. I felt it was false advertising.

E mail with instructions said one thing and people on the spot said something else. Waiting in the line also was little bit mess.So that was confusing and altered the experience of seeing the artworks.

There was no guide. The staff had no idea how to find a guide we booked. We paid for the guided tour, but got not guided.

Beautiful museum, easy to navigate Michelangelo's many sculpture's and of course The David! You feel that the sculpture has a soul! Must visit.

The museum was great, and the staff was helpful. But even with the "skip the line", it took too long to enter. We booked for 11h visit. We entered after 11.30h.

The ticket was purchased for the museum and the tour and there was NO TOUR! The tour guide never showed up. It was a dissapointment.

The looks on the faces of the people standing in the 2+ hour line was all it took to convence me that we did the right thing. The app was easy and the instructions intuitive. Just make sure in case I had mobile phone issues, I printed the tickets as well, but there was no need. I showed the QR coded tickets to the autorities and they told me exactly where to wait, and when to walk in. Yes, just walk in and then get your paper ticket from the gallery which was just a formality. Love this app and have promoted it on my social media!

You do not need to go to a ticket office 20 minutes beforehand to pick up the tivket as communicated. You receive the ticket inside the Halle RT entrance at the scheduled time.

Great, informative tour guide. Not a Long tour but still got to see and learn a lot and still had lots of time to explore after.

Eravamo così felici di vedere finalmente il David di Michelangelo. Che scultura spettacolare, così incredibile da essere stata ricavata da un unico pezzo di marmo.

La guida è stata puntuale ad accogliermi con il mio biglietto e mi ha aiutato con tutte le domande che avevo. Il museo in sé è incredibile, sono così felice di aver prenotato il biglietto in anticipo per evitare l'enorme coda.

Il museo era bellissimo e il personale era gentile, ma l'acquisto dei biglietti attraverso questa piattaforma non mi ha impedito di fare una lunga coda e di dover aspettare per entrare. Credo che la colpa sia degli organizzatori del museo, non di Headout, ma lo chiarisco per sicurezza.

Il David era incredibile, gli stati dei prigionieri erano fantastici, e il museo nel complesso era solido. L'unico problema è stata la mancanza di organizzazione del processo per entrare nel museo, e abbiamo dei semplici suggerimenti che aiuterebbero molto! Problema: Per coloro che avevano prenotato, gli uscieri/impiegati volevano che tutti quelli di una fascia oraria alla volta fossero in fila, mentre tutti gli altri aspettavano dall'altra parte della strada. Questo va bene! Il problema è stato che non hanno MAI annunciato a voce alta questo a tutti. Hanno invece proceduto persona per persona lungo la fila, cacciando via le persone che non dovevano essere ancora in fila, spesso in modo piuttosto scortese. Questo ha portato a un processo molto inefficiente, a confusione per i partecipanti e a frustrazione per entrambe le parti. Soluzione: 1. L'opzione più semplice: dirlo a voce alta ogni 5-10 minuti! "Solo prenotazioni alle 11:45! Tutti gli altri aspettino dall'altra parte della strada! Vi chiameremo quando sarà il vostro momento!". 2. Opzione bonus: Fare in modo che il minuscolo cartello che indicava l'orario d'ingresso in cui volevano mettersi in fila sia molto più grande, più alto e più visibile. E mettere il cartello "Solo le 11:45 dovrebbero essere in fila in questo momento. Tutti gli altri aspettino dall'altra parte della strada". 3. Un'altra opzione: Mettere in fila un dipendente con un cartello che dice: "Persone delle 11:45, mettetevi dietro di me". Poi qualcuno dietro di lui con il cartello delle 12:00, e poi delle 12:15. Tre persone sarebbero sufficienti, le 11.45 potrebbero tornare indietro e diventare le 12.30. In questo modo, chiunque si avvicini alla fila andrebbe in fondo alla propria sezione, ma sarebbe comunque davanti a tutti coloro che hanno una prenotazione successiva. Ad esempio, chi si mette in fila con un biglietto delle 11:45 si mette davanti al dipendente con il cartello delle 12:00. Scusate la lunga recensione! Questi semplici accorgimenti avrebbero reso la nostra esperienza molto migliore.

È stato molto facile individuare la nostra guida e avere un orario specifico per vedere David. Abbiamo risparmiato molto tempo, piuttosto che aspettare in fila. La statua del David era squisita. Sono rimasta sorpresa di quanto mi sia piaciuta la sala dei busti. Il carattere e la personalità di queste sculture sono incredibili.
