Biglietti per i Musei Vaticani e la Cappella Sistina

We got the skip the line passes only, we did not get the guided tour. And whilst it did exactly what it says we skipped the main line it's not a complete skip as we ended up in a queue for about half an hour with all the other "skip the line" groups. The team were a little dismissive of the "skip" group to be honest and spent more time rounding up the guided tours. Part of the ticket stated hosted entry to the Vatican, however we weren't even walked to the Vatican with a host, they walked us to the traffic lights outside their building and told us just to walk up ourselves. What part of that is hosted?? It was then on members of our group to navigate a city we didn't know to find a queue we had little information on. We ended up being a little lost until other people guided our team to the back of the queue. Like I said, the ticket done what it was supposed to, but it cannot claim to be hosted entry when it isn't. For that reason I think it's a bit much to charge.

Walking through the ornate corridors and halls that house so much art and history is an experience that is etched in one's memory forever.

I absolutely understand the amount of people that want to visit the Vatican and the difficulty on controlling the number of visitors as the time inside the venue could last from 1h to the whole day. However, the Sistine Chapen experience could be booked in slots or organised differently so everyone can enjoy it. At the same time it would be great to extend the "No Photos" to the whole venue as it was complicated to enjoy admiring something without someone rushing us so they could take some pictures or directly pushing you out. On the other hand, the venue is as impressive and beautiful as I remembered it.

The museum visit was great - the fact that this sign charged almost $50 a ticket just to get in - no guide, no audio - was a scam . . .

The painted dome perspective is something I'll never forget Paulina was personable and get on track. A memorable experience.

In realtà, poiché avevamo già acquistato questi biglietti, abbiamo dovuto fare un'altra fila e all'ora stabilita siamo riusciti a entrare perfettamente.

We had a reservation for getting in at 9. Although the 9 am group was quite big, once the slot opened, we were in pretty quickly. I don't think going in with a guide is necessary then. Inside, the only drawback is that it's a bit like Ikea, there is one way forward and if you take the short route to the Sistine chapel, you need to start all over again to see the "skipped " routes. So, unless it's your second time there, don't do that. We were impatient and decided to get to the chapel quickly .. Lots of big groups are in, so moving around can be annoying. However, was totally worth it!

We booked the "hosted entry". At the meeting point, our tickets were printed and handed to us. Then we have been sent to the line/queue which already waits for entry. That's not the procedure, I understand by "hosted entry". There is no added value compared to a inexpensive normal ticket without "hosted entry".

La mostra una vera meraviglia di arte e cultura. Se devo essere sincero contingenterei di più gli ingressi perchè spesso c'è troppa calca che non ti fa gustare queste splendide meraviglie.

Sebbene fossimo in ritardo di qualche minuto per il check-in, la signora del banco è stata molto disponibile nel procurarci il pass per l'ingresso finale e nell'indicarci la strada da percorrere. Ci è voluto un po' per trovare Viale Vaticano 97, quindi abbiamo sudato per arrivare lì vicino all'ora dell'appuntamento.

Sono così felice di aver preso i biglietti in anticipo. Le file ovunque erano tremende. Il museo è favoloso. Il percorso è stato molto organizzato. L'unica cosa negativa è che ci sono troppe guide turistiche invadenti. Erano orribili.

Abbiamo fatto la stessa fila, era pieno di gente come sempre. Suggerisco di acquistare alle prime ore per un'esperienza meno "popolare" in cui non ci si può fermare a leggere e ammirare le opere d'arte. Bisogna seguire il flusso del pubblico e l'aria condizionata non funziona a causa di tante persone nello stesso posto.

Il sistema di vendita è stato chiaro e utile. Il punto di ritiro dei biglietti era molto vicino al museo, al contrario del punto di consegna dei biglietti per il Pantheon.

È stato un buon tour. L'esperienza del biglietto skip the line è stata buona e ha fatto risparmiare tempo. La guida dell'ufficio turistico è stata molto disponibile a dare suggerimenti su altri luoghi da visitare.

Manca più razionalizzazione nella gestione del pubblico. Nella cappella Sistina non si può essere stipati come in una stiva bisognerebbe creare dei turni a numero chiuso per permettere una visita migliore a un'opera di tale importanza. Non si possono solo numeri ma anche qualità.

Ho potuto evitare le lunghe code all'ingresso e utilizzare appieno il tempo dedicato alla visita dei Musei Vaticani e in special modo della Cappella Sistina

Quando l'ho comprato, pensavo che avrei avuto una guida, ma non è stato così. Per questo non gli do il massimo dei voti, ma il fatto di non dover fare la coda è stato fantastico.

La visita ai Musei Vaticani è stata fantastica. Ci hanno cambiato i biglietti senza aspettare e poi non abbiamo aspettato affatto. Grazie per l'esperienza perfetta!

L'accoglienza si limita a un documento cartaceo da scannerizzare all'ingresso del titolare della coda. Nessuna spiegazione dettagliata, ma abbiamo apprezzato il fatto di non fare la coda, motivo per cui i biglietti sono stati prenotati e pagati in anticipo. Troppe persone, quindi la cordialità è limitata.
