Important Information

• Free admission will be given to children aged 0-15 years.

• Teenagers aged 16+ will be charged the same as adults.

• Children aged 12 to 15 years will have to present a valid ID with age and birth date information present.

• Free admission will be given to visitors with disability certificates. One companion can also be admitted for free.

• The castle is wheelchair and stroller accessible. However, if the castle gets too crowded on a certain day, strollers will not be allowed.

• Guests can deposit their belongings at the entrance ticket counter at a fee of JPY100 per piece. Available from 9am to 4:30pm only (last call for pick up at 5pm).

Restrictions

• Large luggage, sharp metals, and food and drinks are not permitted in the castle. Only water is allowed on the premises.

• Flash photography is not allowed in certain areas of the castle.
