Important Information

• Children aged 10-17 years must be accompanied by their legal guardian on the day of the scuba diving experience. However, the legal guardian won't be able to witness the scuba dive unless they purchase a General Admission ticket.

• All divers must be medically fit and should not be taking any medication, in case you are taking any medications, you must present a doctor's clearance to participate.

• Participants must refrain from flying or going over 300m (Burj Khalifa tower) for 12 hours post-dive.

• One group can accommodate a maximum of 4 divers.

• Guests must sign and complete a Dive Medical Participant Questionnaire and a Liability Release and Risk Assessment form before participating in scuba diving.

• Non-certified divers need to report two hours prior to the dive.

• Certified divers need to report one hour prior to the dive.

• It is recommended to bring along your swimwear, towel, waterproof camera, or GoPro.

• Certified divers are people who have completed a PADI open water course in the past or have any other diving certificates.

• Certified divers must present a soft copy of their scuba-diving certification at check-in. Failure to do so will downgrade their experience to the non-certified scuba dive without a refund of the difference.

• While diving do not put your hand in the shark’s mouth, don’t swim away on your own, and don’t try to corner the animals.

Restrictions

• This experience is restricted for guests aged 10 years and under.

• As part of this experience, non-certified divers are restricted to the main aquarium tank and are not permitted to enter the shark tank.

• Daily: 12.30pm to 6.30 pm

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
