Important Information

• There is an additional charge of 3,000 JPY per hour for overtime which can be paid in cash on the day of the tour.

• Service animals are allowed.

• Pick-up and drop-off areas are limited to the 23 Wards of Tokyo.

• Baby seats can be arranged at no extra cost (1 baby seat per group), please indicate on the checkout page.

• The change of drop-off location change is permitted as long as it's in 23 Wards of Tokyo at no extra cost. Please inform the driver on the spot.

• Food and drinks (no alcohol) are allowed in the car.

• A cleaning fee will be charged if the vehicle is found unreasonably untidy.

• An entrance fee of JPY2100 will be charged in case of visiting Mt. Fuji 5th station.

• The tour operator will contact you via WhatsApp 1 day before the trip to confirm the meeting time and location.

Timings

• Daily: 8am onwards

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID during the pick-up.

Transfers

• This ticket includes pickups and drop-offs.

• In the next step of booking, please specify the name and address of your Pickup Location ( Within 23 Wards of Tokyo. ).

• On the day of your tour, please report at your pickup point 10-15 min prior to your scheduled departure.

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of the hotel.
