Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix 2023: 3-Day Pass

Grandstand 31: This grandstand overlooks turns 8 and 9, and is an excellent spot to watch the race unfold. You can look down as the cars accelerate hard around the left-hand curve and pass around on their way to the Epingle hairpin. This section promises views of heavy braking and hard acceleration.

Grandstand 1: Get a direct view of the start line and the grid from Grandstand 1. This is a great place to watch the pre-race grid preparations, the race start, and the winner taking the chequered flag. You will also have a great view of the pit lane from here, so you can follow pit strategy and watch the pit crews' skills.

Platine Grandstand Up: This grandstand is located on the inside of the track, along the straight leading from the starting grid into the Senna corner. Witness heavy braking as the drivers slow down to take on the corner, and follow them through the negotiation of the famous left-right-left turn ahead on the circuit.

Grandstand 11: Located just before the Senna corner, this grandstand is a great place to watch the race unfold, as you will see the braking zone into Turn 1. Depending on where you are seated, you will be able to get extended views of the track as well.

The Canadian Grand Prix weekend ticket gives you access to all practice sessions, qualifying sessions, and Race Day. Observe the action from the grandstands, which provide a great perspective on the race track. You will be immersed in the excitement of the biggest of all racing events.

Day 1: Jun 16, 2023

12pm – 1pm

Free Practice 1 is used by the teams to work on setups and strategy choices for the final day of the race. The first practice session also gives the drivers an opportunity to learn or re-familiarise themselves with the circuit. This day of practice gives an early look at how the race will go.

5pm – 6pm

During Free Practice 2 a lot of development work is done. This day gives the drivers a chance to experiment with the tires, fuel loads, and settings. As a viewer, you learn which team has new parts giving you content and whether they seem to be in good formation.

Day 2: Jun 17, 2023

12:30pm – 1:30pm

Free Practice 3 or the final practice session is used to practice for the qualifying session held two hours later. The goal here is to make the most out of the time in a single flying lap instead of focusing on the long-run pace.

4pm – 5pm

The Qualifying Session is where all 20 F1 drivers participate, with each trying to set the fastest time possible. Those in the top 15 move on to the next qualifying round called Q2. This is to determine the order of the lineup for the race day.

Day 3: Jun 18, 2023

3pm onwards

Race Day is one of the highlights of the weekend, where you have the opportunity to watch all the action all the way to the finish line and the podium celebrations.
