Ronet B picked us up from Miami Beach right at 8:30 as promised. On the way to Biscayne Bay, Ronet gave us a mini sightseeing tour. The coach was really comfy and we arrived at The Everglades Holiday Park in under an hour. Ronet B guided us to the right spots at the park, and soon we were taking pictures and boarding the boat. We spotted a few alligators, which was awesome since it's not always a sure thing, and our captain Jeff was great; loved the fast parts! After the boat ride, there was a show, and you had the chance to hold a snake or baby alligator for $10. Ronet B was outside waiting for us and handed out our photos (for free) that were taken before we got on the boat. We had a blast, really appreciate it, and if you get the chance, go for it!

Overall, both adults and kids enjoyed the airboat ride into the Everglades (spotted quite a few gators!) with a great guide, Victor. Watching the guy with the alligator was also fun and amazing. Loved the photo ops with wildlife for an extra charge and the free group photo. It would’ve been helpful if the bus driver had given us the schedule ahead of time. We were a bit lost, but our bus group with colored wristbands was called on the speaker a few times to tell us where to go. Comfortable bus. Overall, a good time.

I highly recommend this tour! Our bus driver Ronet Blanc was so much fun. He knew a lot about Miami while driving us to the tour. Great jokes and a good laugh kept us entertained! The boat ride was a blast! We saw lots of gators and had a fantastic captain who was super informative about the area while making it fun. Definitely recommend it for a fun day out. The bus is comfy and the drive from Miami isn’t too long. 10/10.

Il tour è stato fantastico, a partire dall'autista dell'autobus, il signor Blanc, che è stato molto gentile e divertente, fino al tour stesso. Il giro in barca è stato bello e il capitano si è assicurato che tutti vedessimo gli alligatori, anche lo spettacolo è stato bello. Il. È possibile tenere in mano un alligatore o un serpente e scattare una foto. Ci è piaciuto molto.

We were picked up from the cruise terminal by coach and had a nice informative drive around Miami and the Everglades about what we were going to experience. Once we arrived, we got our photos taken and then headed onto the airboat. Unfortunately, we only saw two gators during our 30-minute tour, but we did spot some birds, including vultures and an iguana. The airboat was a blast, especially loud when it sped up. After the airboat tour, we watched the gator show where we learned a lot about the gators while watching the gator wrestler do some wild tricks. We even got to take photos with a baby gator and a snake, which was extra but a great photo op. After that, we had a chance to shop in the gift store and then we were taken to the airport for our flight home. We had a great time and would recommend it.

The driver Germán was very nice and attentive. However, the alligator tour was hit or miss—you might see them or you might not. They need to figure out a way to ensure you see the alligators. Given the price and the long trip, seeing just two eyes in the water was disappointing. Also, the whole tour was in English, so if you don't understand English, you miss out on the journey. The buses were very hot going back and forth, they really need to update the air conditioning.
