we had a great guide who took us around. We didn't expect that we had to stand in the line for security check at Hagia Sophia as long as we did and it was quite difficult to hear what he said as we were a pretty big group.

Tour guides were lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. However this was not a small group tour, there were at least 30 people on one of the legs. It was impossible to hear what they had to say. The skip the line was laughable, we still waited 20 mins for the basilica which meant we didn't get any time to explore after the tour as we had to be back for the next leg. The times given to us were all 15 mins before the group actually left the first two legs, so we came back 5 mins after the time for the third leg and the group had left already. Some consistency would have been appreciated between get here by times and departure times.
