Depart from Cairns and feel the magic of the Great Barrier Reef as you enter Moore Reef Marine Base! With four hours dedicated to experiencing the underwater wonderland, you're bound to have an adventure-packed day. Kids will especially enjoy the fish feeding presentation and the semi-submersible tour. They can also go for a dive in the ocean enclosed kids' pool, and participate in the touch tank presentation, where a friendly marine expert will invite you to gently touch marine creatures and educate you on their habitats, diets, and more.

For those seeking adventure, you have options like snorkeling and the Sunlover Sunslide – the only theme park water slide on the reef! If you feel like taking a break after burning off all that energy, simply head up to the Sunlover Sundeck, where you can chill out and soak up some tropical rays with a cool drink, or feast on the tropical lunch buffet. There's also an underwater observatory with theatre-style seating so you can relax in the darkened room and watch fish swim by!

You can also add one of the following experiences to your Moore Reef bucket list (make sure to choose the relevant option during checkout): a Seawalker Helmet Dive - where you can experience the reef underwater without getting your hair wet, a scuba diving experience, or a 10-minute scenic flight on a Nautilus Aviation helicopter. There's also the option of a cruise/flight experience from the Nautilus Aviation hangar at Cairns Airport to the Moore Reef Marine Base (you can choose either option or go for a cruise out/fly return option).

Important Information

For the Seawater Helmet Dive and Scuba Diving experiences, divers must complete a medical questionnaire/declaration on-board. A history of asthma, heart conditions, and/or other medical conditions or medications may prohibit diving. If medical is failed onboard no refund will be given. Guests are advised to review medical checklists/requirements with their booking agent prior to booking. Minimum age: 12 years
