• The closest tram stop is S+U Alexanderpl/Memhardstr. It is a quick 3-minute walk to the redemption point.

• Board trams M2 to get you there.

By train

• Arrive at the Train Station Alexanderplatz, 6 minutes away from the redemption point.

• Walk towards Park Inn Hotel (Alexanderplatz 7), use the revolving door to walk through the hotel, and use the exit on the other side of the hotel.

• Once there, cross the street and look for our buses or team members.
