After a picturesque 20-minute boat ride, you can begin your ascent to Manolas Village. The strikingly colorful houses and their cubic architecture are fascinating to behold. With the deep blue sea on one side and the quaint hillside settlements on the other, Manolas is a tourist paradise. Your guide will tell you more about how the volcano eruptions shaped the landscape and the local communities several centuries ago.
Head to the charming village of Akrilia after your visit to Manolas. Explore the fascinating cave houses that have been abandoned for decades. The blue dome churches are the prime attractions in Akrilia. Delve into the local culture and find out why there are over 20 of these churches on such a small islet. Spend some time at the black-pebble beach of Korfos before concluding your tour with a seaside lunch (wine included) at the port of Riva.
