- Guests over the age of 55 are not allowed on the tour
- Guests suffering from dyspnea, heart disease, asthma, and those who cannot swim, are not allowed to participate in snorkeling or sea walking
- Guests weighing over 100 kgs are not allowed to take part in the jet ski and banana boat activities
- You will be briefed on the safety instructions for banana boat riding, jet skiing and snorkeling from your tour guide. Appropriate body gear will be provided
- Your experience includes Travel Accident Insurance, which pertains to injuries caused during the duration of the trip
- Hotel pickups are subject to delay depending on traffic conditions and punctuality of other guests

- This inclusion pertains to hotels in Pattaya (in Jomtian, Na Kluea, South Pattaya, Central Pattaya and North Pattaya)
- Hotel pickups will happen between 8:00 AM and 8:45 AM
- 03:30 PM: Departure from Hardtien to Pattaya and back to hotel.
- Please ensure to be present at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to avoid further delays
