Build up your knowledge and confidence, as your surf instructor teaches you how to safely get out and onto your first wave.

Small group sessions mean you’ll get plenty of individual hands-on help and the instructor can really get to know you, answering any queries you might have.

The lesson begins on the beach, where you’ll learn how to recognise surf conditions as well as practicing your technique before getting into the water.

Then it's into the ocean, where you’ll start off in the broken waves - the foam that’s created after waves run their course.
