The museum offers 4 types of tours: public, guided, self-guided & non-guided.
Free tours are available for a limited number of participants.
- Self-guided and guided tours restricted to 15 people per batch. No more than 3 batches are scheduled per hour. Self guided tours need to be booked at least 1 week in advance and are subject to availability.
Guided tours are led by the museum guides and can last up to 1 hour. This tour requires the reservation to be made at least 3 weeks in advance and is subject to availability.

Any backpacks or large bags are subject to security checks.
While photography is permitted in the Museum galleries unless otherwise noted, videotaping and tripods are not allowed.
For ones with auditory problems, all the tours are available for wheelchair users. Headsets and neck loops are available for most of the programs offered by the museum.
