Sim Card & WiFi Information

• Your Wi-Fi device is activated immediately upon collection
• You must carry your passport and display it at the collection point when you visit it to pick up the kit
• Connect to 10 devices from your 4G Pocket Wi-Fi
• Your kit is inclusive of Wi-Fi router with sim, 1 USB cable, 1 AC socket plug and a bag holder for the device
• Please ensure you return all components in working condition to receive a full refund
• You can get additional days of service by paying AED 4 per day

Refundable Deposit

• This 4G LTE Pocket Wi-Fi comes with a deposit of AED 250 (USD 70). This amount will be refunded when the device is returned at the collection point (Airport terminals)

The following charges will be applicable in case of loss, damage, or any harm to the 4G LTE device:

• Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi router: USD 70 (AED250)
• Loss or breakage of USB cable and plug: USD 10 ( AED38)
• Loss, damage, or breakage of bag holder: USD 10 (AED38)

• No printout required! Just show your mobile voucher to the driver and collect your bus ticket
• You may choose to redeem your ticket at any of the bus stops on any of the 2 routes

Collection Point

The product is available at Bookmywifi shops in two terminals of the Dubai International Airport; 1 and 3

Terminal 1

• After the Customs Exit, walk towards the Meeting Point area.
• You will see BookMyWiFi shop right away, the 5th shop to your left.

Terminal 3

• The BookMyWiFi shop has been relocated to a temporary kiosk along with the other shops in the Arrivals hall.
• The kiosk remains available 24/7.
• After the Customs Exit, walk towards the Meeting Point area.
• Immediately turn left along the Meeting Point area.
• Keep walking straight, along the currency and telecoms shops
• You will find the BookMyWiFi kiosk at the end, next to du.

Validity

• After redeeming your bus pass, it is valid for 24 Hours, 48 Hours or 72 Hours (depending on the ticket variant selected during checkout)
