Your evening begins with a sunset cruise from Puerto Vallarta across Banderas Bay, all the way to the secluded tropical rainforest at Las Caletas. Under the twinkling night sky, you will be greeted by flickering tiki torches and candles as you make your way to the amphitheater. Dancers, drummers and jungle creatures will guide you to the beach where you can start feasting on your sumptuous dinner spread. Written and directed by Gilles Ste-Croix, co-creator of Cirque du Soleil, ‘Rhythms of the Night - SAVIA,’ is a blend of acrobatic skills, pulsating rhythm and dance, vibrant costumes and Ste-Croix’s interpretation of the Aztec creation story. Legend has it there were four civilizations of humanity preceding ours. Each new period saw the evolution of the human race, as well as its unfortunate demise. From the bones and ashes of these ancients comes a celebration of the fifth sun and the hope for a better world. This really is an incredible way to experience the authentic history and culture of Mexico. The dazzling performance will leave you awestruck and leave you with memories to last a lifetime.
