Luxury Pick-Up from Dubai

This eco-luxury experience starts with a smooth and comfortable pick-up in an air-conditioned Range Rover. You can opt for a private vehicle or a shared vehicle. You’re sure to be comfortable and relaxed throughout your travel with a completely air-conditoned safari - from pick-up to drop-off. Since its inception in 2002, the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve is one of the largest areas to be declared a protected nature reserve by the UAE government.
Wear Your Headscarf & Embark on Your DCR Nature Safari
8:30am onwards
On arriving at the Conservation Reserve, you’ll be given a traditional headscarf as a gift. Take this home after your experience as a memento of your trip here. Before departing for the 1-hour air-conditioned nature safari, take interesting pictures with a fleet of vintage Land Rovers.
This 1-hour nature safari is at another level as you’ll be experiencing the desert terrain in a Range Rover. Enjoy the company of a professional Conservation Guide too! Watch out for animals like the Arabian oryx, gazelles, desert monitors, and the elusive Arabian wildcat. Soak up the mesmerizing and raw beauty of the desert as you also visit an isolated lake. This is also a bird sanctuary and you’ll hopefully see many migratory birds here.

After your informative nature safari, it’s time to relax at the Al Maha Resort and Spa and tuck into a delectable breakfast buffet. Enjoy gourmet dishes and a wonderful selection of Arabian coffee, aromatic teas, and freshly-squeezed juice. As you sit back and enjoy your meal on the deck, take in the scenic desert atmosphere around you.
End Your Premium Safari with a Relaxed Drop-Off
Once your charming experience comes to an end, bid farewell to the Conservation Reserve and be dropped back at your hotel between 12pm and 12:30pm.

- Breakfast consists of a buffet with the choicest of options including refreshments like juice, tea, and coffee. Please share any dietary requirements at the time of booking so the Al Maha Resort can be informed beforehand.

- This experience is unsuitable for children as Al Maha does not permit children under 10 into the resort.
