La guía, María, se tomó todo el tiempo necesario para explicarlo todo y nos ofreció tiempo para todas las fotos de rigor. Fue una experiencia genial gracias a ella.

Our tour guide was great and gave us time for photos and to look around. But my family and I did feel that the group size is too large for a tour like that. At times it was hard to keep up in the large crowds!

The tour was awesome and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. Here is a problem though. I have a hearing disability. Even with the headset we are given, it was very difficult to hear the guide as she spoke throughout the tour. There was no way to adjust or amplify the sound from the headsets. The headsets should come with individual volume controls for each persons requirements.

Nuestra Guía Bianca nos ha tratado muy bien, ha sido muy atenta durante todo el tour y nos ha explicado cada cosa al detalle. Nos ha explicado todo muy bien y nos ha dado las indicaciones para continuar con las entradas "super". Lo único que nos ha parecido mal, es que el inicio del tour en el arco de constantino, está mal señalizado y cuesta encontrar a la persona responsable y no se ve el nombre de la empresa. Las radios fallan y pierden la señal a pocos metros de distancia.

Our guide 'Laura' was so good! She certainly knows her stuff and made everything so interesting in how she delivered her talk for 3 hours around the colosseum. Loved it! Was the highlight of our stay in Rome!

We absolutely loved our tour of the colosseum, we had tour guide Giorgio and he made the whole experience truly incredible, we learnt so much more walking around than we would have done on our own, he went at a good pace and was always ready to answer questions to the best of his knowledge. If your wondering wether you should book a tour just DO IT!!

The tour of the Colosseum with the Arena Floor Access was amazing and our tour guide Lumie was fun, knowledgeable and made the visit even more memorable.

Todo fué genial, por circunstancias hicimos la compra una hora antes y no tuvimos ningún problema. La aplicación perfecta, y la atención en la oficina, genial. La guía encantadora, con un sentido del humor que se agradecía, con grandes conocimientos de la historia de Roma y pasión por lo que hace. Al finalizar el tour nos recomendó lugares donde comer. Repetiría sin duda.

Our tour guide Ms. Frederica was very professional and we had a wonderful time and learned many interesting things from her. I participated with my kids of 16 & 11. They are also very interested with the knowledge she gave.

Very easy to find the rep- clear instructions, easy to follow when we got there. Luca was a very knowledgeable and interesting guide- would recommend him. The colosseum and forum were fantastic and highly reccomend a visit. However, the quality of the equipment we were listening to Luca on was not great- very crackly unless we were standing right next to him and in a busy venue and in a group of 15, clearly this is not always possible.

A guided tour is the right choice, especially if you travel with the child. I expected less than I actually received. I hoped at least to skip the lines and to receive the access to the arena without big expectations concerning the excursion. We really liked the guide (Daniel, if I remember correctly) and his presentation. We visited the arena of Colosseum, the Palantine hill and Forum. There are a lot of new things since my last visit as an individual to Colosseum in 2012 (a new exhibition inside the Colosseum, new excavation areas as well as security checks and as well as longer waiting lines of individual visitors). It is definitely more pleasant and interesting with the guide. It's convenient to book online with the Headout app and visit with the tour guide. The price of the service worth it.

Experience was lovely, our Guide was truly an expert and always tried to answer our questions. Sometimes there was too much people But that's something you have to count with when coming to Rome :)
