Important Information

• It is advised to refrain from wearing high heels, snowshoes, long skirts, or other clothing that may interfere with driving.

• It is not necessary to refill the gasoline.

• Make sure to arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before a tour begins.

• SOFA Driving License for US Forces Japan.

• You need a Japanese SOFA license or an international driving permit to be able to drive.

• You have to obtain a valid international license based on the 1949 Geneva Convention, online data cards and card types are invalid. For international licenses, please click here.

• States Side Drivers License with US Military ID is acceptable.

A passport with a foreign driving license (issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Slovenia, or Monaco) with Japanese translation by an authorized organization is allowed.

• A passport with an international driving permit (issued by a signatory to the 1949 Geneva Convention) is allowed.

• The experience is restricted for guests weighing less than 100kg, taller than 150cm, and shorter than 190cm.

Restrictions

• All paper-style driver's license without a “1949” indication on the surface is not allowed to drive in Japan.

Timings

• 1-hour Short Course: 2:30 to 3:30pm, 4 to 5pm

• 2-hour Long Course: 10am to 12pm, 6 to 8pm
