A guided tour sprinkled with some of Kyoto’s beautifully-built temples and shrines is just the thing you need when in the vibrant city. Start off at the stunning Fushimi Taisha Shrine, known as the most important shrine (from a list of several thousands) to the Shinto God of rice, Inari. Over here, you’ll see the famous vermilion torri gates and multiple fox statues embellishing the shrine. Next, head to the Sanjusangen-do Temple, a temple best known for its massively-long main hall and multiple sculptures. SInk it all in before taking a shopping break and find yourself in the historic shopping lane that leads you to Kiyomizu temple! At the Kiyomizu temple, head to its famous wooden stage and gaze out at the stunning view of Kyoto from here, while admiring the many cherry and maple trees dotting the scenery!
Fun Fact: In 2007, Kiyomizu-dera was one of 21 finalists for the New Seven Wonders of the World.

- 30 min at Fushumi Taisha Shrine

- 1 hr 10 min at Kiyomizu-dera Temple
- 5:30 PM-6:30 PM: Drop-off service at Kyoto Station and some hotels
