After a thrilling 4,000 foot descent, disembark the helicopter and take a short hike to the banks of the Colorado River. Hop on a pontoon boat for a relaxing cruise. Gaze up at the stunning canyon walls surrounding you as you gently make your way up the river before being whisked back to the rim.

Enjoy a meal amidst the incredible scenery and take advantage of the complimentary hop-on hop-off shuttle service between Eagle Point and Guano Point. After a full day of Grand Canyon sightseeing, catch your return flight back to Las Vegas.

After landing back at to the terminal, climb aboard a free shuttle to continue the rim portion of the tour. Your first stop is Hualapai Ranch, a Wild West cowboy town complete with Old West gunfights and lasso lessons. Next, journey to Eagle Point and and see Native American dwellings from several tribes and enjoy cultural music and dancing. From there, head to Guano Point for 360-degree views of the massive stone walls of the West Rim.

Situated right across from Eagle Point, visit the West Rim’s exhilarating, man-made Skywalk. A tremendous, U-shaped glass bridge that juts out 70 feet from the canyon’s rim, feel the adrenaline as you walk along the platform, suspended 4,000 feet in the air.

Getting there: Transportation to the Grand Canyon West Rim is not included. You will need to arrive at the West Rim and check-in 30 minutes prior to flight time.

Departure point: Grand Canyon West terminal

Helicopter flight 5-7 minute descent to the bottom of the canyon and return flight to the rim via EC 130 helicopter.

Colorado River cruise: 15-20 minute pontoon boat ride

Time spent at the West Rim (with Legacy Pass only): You may tour the rim for as long as you’d like, within operating hours. Included in your Legacy Pass, enjoy access to the complimentary hop-on hop-off shuttle between points of interest.

Skywalk entry: A separate ticket is required to enter. You will have the option to upgrade your tour to include entry to the exhilarating Skywalk during checkout.

Grand Canyon West hours:

April - August: 7 am - 7 pm

September - March: 8 am - 6 pm

What to bring: Valid photo I.D. (required for all passengers boarding the aircraft), sunscreen, sunglasses and camera.

(Please note: the use of Selfie Sticks and extending camera poles are strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.)

Can I take pictures at the Skywalk? Unfortunately, no. To protect the glass paneling from scratches, personal items including cameras and cellphones are not allowed on the Skywalk. There are lockers on site to safely store your belongings in the meantime. You can purchase a souvenir photo from a professional photographer.

Is Skywalk safe?

Absolutely! In fact, the Skywalk can support the weight of 71 fully loaded 747 airplane. To put this into perspective, that’s equivalent to more than eight hundred 200 lb. people. It can also withstand winds up to 100 miles per hour and magnitude 8.0 earthquakes. Still not convinced? The red limestone that anchors the Skywalk can support 16,000 pounds of pressure per square inch.

Upon booking this tour, you will receive instant confirmation. On the day of your experience, display your booking voucher via mobile upon check-in (no printout necessary). All passengers booked on the tour will be required to present government issued forms of identification before boarding the aircraft. Check-in at the West Rim is 30 minutes prior to the time slot you book your tour for. The booking time is when your flight departs.
