The sport involves standing on a board that’s longer, wider, and thicker than a surfboard -more like a personal dock- and maneuvering through the water with a long-handled paddle.
Stand-up paddle boarding is especially great in Dubai. The atmosphere is peaceful and it allows some quality time with yourself. One need not worry if they haven’t paddled before while standing on a board on rowing waters. The instructors are professional and helpful. Within a short time, they will catch you up with the art of paddle boarding and then you can explore the waters on your own terms.

By Tram: Take tram 11 and get down at Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 Tram station. The meeting point is a 3-minute walk from here.
By Waterbus: Take waterbus BM1 and get off at the Marina Promenade Waterbus Station. The meeting point is a 10-minute walk from here.
