Important Information

• Due to many stairs and uneven ground along the tracks, this tour is not suitable for prams or strollers.

• Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.

• Flash photography is prohibited.

• This tour is not suitable for people with mobility impairments, wheelchair users, and children aged 2 and under.

• Pick-up from selected locations is available. Please contact the local tour operator on +61 5655 0716 at least 24hrs prior to departure to arrange pick-up.

• Please note, there is no storage for prams and large bags on the bus or in the booking office. Kindly leave them in your car or hotel room.

• Any person under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult 18+.

• Southern Cross Tours may alter or cancel any section of the itinerary that may result from road closures, weather, suppliers, or any other condition of an operational nature.

• Alternate vehicles may be used if a Southern Cross vehicle is unavailable.

• Tour duration is approximate and is based on tour time starting from and returning to Aquaduck booking office, Surfers Paradise.

• There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs.

• While booking, please provide the name of your hotel.

• This is applicable to all central Gold Coast Hotels (Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Broadbeach & Southport).

• Once you have confirmed your pickup location and time with us directly, on the night of your tour please wait for the bus in the main lobby/reception area 5 minutes before pickup.

• Our bus will be white and marked with Southern Cross Tours in red and blue writing.
