Schumacher Grandstand: Located between the circuit’s last two turns, these seats overlook the all-important bends. Watch the drivers slide through challenging turns at the heart of an adrenaline-packed track.

Senna Grandstand: This popular stand is appreciated for views of the last corner and the main straight as well as the starting grid, pre-grid action, and post-race celebrations. Witness the start and end of the race and the ultimate bend.

Feel the excitement as the Australian Grand Prix returns to Albert Park for another thrilling season. More than 400,000 race fans attended the previous numbers and this year is set to break that record.

The Albert Park circuit was built in 1993 using a mixture of the existing roads around the city’s Albert Park. The circuit can be bumpy and slippery requiring the drivers to expertly navigate these conditions at high speeds. Melbourne is already a vibrant and lively city and the Formula 1 season only adds to this atmosphere.

    Day 1: Mar 31

Two 90-minute practice sessions start the festivities of the Australian Grand Prix. Watch as the drivers turn themselves to the track and make adjustments to their vehicles in order to win.

    Day 2: Apr 1

The second day starts with the third and final practice session after which the exciting Qualifying Race begins. The first qualifying round sees 20 competing drivers fighting for the coveted pole position on the starting grid. In every round, 5 players are eliminated. The top 15 drivers compete in the second qualifying round and the competition is reduced to 10 drivers in the third qualifying round where every second counts.

    Day 3: Apr 2

On Race Day, all the drivers compete for the top prize and the actual competition takes place. The green light turns on just before the start of the race, telling the drivers to begin the formation lap, a slow lap around the track to warm up. The race doesn't start until all five red lights in the start light have turned off.
