After arriving at the Hong Kong International Airport, pass by terminal 1 and make your way to level 5. Then walk towards Counter A08 at the Arrival Hall.
Timings
The Counter is open every day between 06:30 AM and 11:00 PM.
Note: In case you arrive at the counter after 11:00 PM, you will be able to submit the device at a drop box.
Confirmation Voucher
You will receive an email confirmation with your mobile voucher shortly. You may display it at the collection point along with a valid photo ID.
Note: You will only be able to book this device by using a credit card.
Additional Charges

In case you are in possession of the device for more than a day, you will be charged additionally for the extra rental days.

This device comes with a deposit of HKD 500. Once you return the device, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
Important Information
- Please make sure to turn off software backup and synchronization, as well as avoid watching videos or updating application during the trip. This will help you maintain your 4G Wi-Fi speed.
- You will be paying according to the number of days you are in possession of the device, regardless of your usage.
