Important Information

• Guests must be a minimum height of 1 meter (3ft 3in) to ensure the harness fits securely

• The maximum permissible weight of individuals is 120kg (264lbs) although the equipment is designed to take much greater weights

• Flight of the Gibbon is suitable and safe for all ages ranging from children to senior citizens. No special training is required

• The course remains open through most weather conditions. Although, it will be called off in the case of strong winds or thunderstorms

• Bring a camera but make sure it fits in your pocket or can be securely attached to your body. A photography service (for a reasonable fee) is available on site

• Prior to starting the activity, you must accept the terms and conditions of the disclaimer in case you are injured through the course of the trip

• The trip is not suitable for pregnant women, patients with mental retardation, diabetes, epilepsy, heart disease, lung or kidney disease, and diseases of bones and joints

• Make sure to apply sunscreen on your skin and wear a helmet during the activities

• If you are afraid of being bitten by mosquitoes, please bring your own mosquito spray

Dress Code

• Mid-November to late March: Temperatures in the morning would be 10 - 12 degrees Celsius (50-55 degrees Fahrenheit). Be sure to bring a jacket

• It may rain from April to October, so please bring a raincoat

• We recommend shoes that will fit well and will not drop off easily. Please do not wear flip flops or jewelry that dangles

• Wear comfortable clothes

Timings

• Pick up at 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM and return at 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM

• Pick up at 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM and return at 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM

• Pick up at 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM and return at 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM

• Pick up at 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM and return at 7:00 PM - 7:30 PM

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly after the purchase

• Please display the same on your mobile phone along with a valid photo ID at the time of pick-up

• Please arrive at your hotel lobby 10 - 15 minutes before the scheduled time in order to avoid any delays

Hotel Transfers

• Due to the isolated nature of the location, getting there on your own can prove tricky

• Which is why the tour includes pick-up and drop-off from hotels within Chiang Mai Downtown

• Pick-up timings: 6:30 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, and 12:30 PM
