A peaceful gondola ride in the back canals

It felt a bit cramped and while the singer was good the canal was chaotic.

Hands down the best experience in Venice, and it's not even too expensive.

Loved the experience

The ride was quite nice, it was still daylight when we went but it didn't hamper the experience. The musician was talented and the whole system of shared gondolas surprisingly worked.

Venice is crazy, too many people, but somewhere this gondolier singing transports you back in time.

The shared aspect is very weird, plus that whole flotilla of gondolas wastes a lot of time.

Venice is a typical tourist place so you will find too many touts overpricing experiences, that's why I go with headout.

It's better to book online, you can find gondolas everywhere but they will overcharge you.

The ride was relaxing and enjoyable, weaving through small canals, the gondolier calling out to other boats and joking with his friends.

We booked for a 3 pm ride. Met two organisers behind the Correr Museum then a big group of us followed them to a canal about 5 minutes walk away and waited for a gondola. They got through the big group fairly quickly but we had to share our ride with another couple.

Gondola rides can be found everywhere and generally best to walk to a Gondola station (often near a private taxi mooring) and ask a Gondolier for a short tour. They all understand English and generally friendly and helpful though please do not rush them since that would be very rude.

Very good. Althoug a little disorganized when a lot of people booked for either the same or very close time went from the meeting point to the boarding Point. There was no line, just how ever we want to be waiting, including some pushing and cut offs.

It began a little late but the ride was good
