Entradas al palacio de Versalles con pasaporte opcional

Very disappointed that the water features were not working on Thursday. The gardens showed fountains throughout their marketing websites etc First time visitor disappointed

Getting the tickets was easy; my issue wasn't with the tickets but the venue. I was expecting the palace at Versaille to be a PALACE (hint: a museum of how the original inhabitants, aka the royals, lived). But it's been turned into yet another art museum. They turned all the original apartments and housing areas into emplty rooms with art on the walls. No furniture. No belongings of the royal family. Not what I expected. (But the gardens were lovely).

Gostei mas eu havia lido no site que os jardins estavam abertos para visitação, e não estavam. A fila estava grande e achei caro pagar outro ingresso só para os jardins. Se quiser visita-lo compre com antecedência.

Las entradas estuvieron perfectas,en cuanto al palacio, fue impactante,los jardines son sublimes,me hubiera gustado estar ahí más tiempo

Les personnes travaillant au château sont adorables. Le tracé est très bien fait, les lieux sont magnifiques. Cependant l'accès aux jardins devenu payant et cher est vraiment dommage et il y avait vraiment trop de monde.

Es increible la cantidad de objetos hermosos y llenos de historia, apreciar la totalidad de cada pieza en un solo día no es posible, los jardines son inmensos y hay mucho que apreciar, hay sorpresas en los detalles, vale la pena recorrerlo completo (palacio, jardines, trianon y la aldea) aunque termine uno agotadisimo Para los que tienen buena condicion pueden alquilar una de las bicis disponibles, otra opcion son los carritos Maravilloso!

Visite toujours aussi agréable, malgré la foule qui nous a gênés et nous a fait se perdre ... pas de point de rencontre prévu à cet effet dommage... de ce fait, nous n'avons pas pu se promener dans les jardins !!!

This was not my first visit to Versailles, however, and this time around you guys made it real easy for us. What a pleasant experience!

I had a great experience on the wensite. Easy and good to navigate. I didnt like my visit at Versailles Palace. It was crowded, suffocated inside, many people on the same room, i didnt finish all the tour because I wasnt felling happy.

The application is easy to use, handy in planning a visit to Versailles, and well organised on site. The only negativ feedback is, that still far to many people per group are entering in the same time, so the tour inside is extremly crowded.

The palace was wonderful and ticketing experience was quite acceptable Except the huge lines in the entrance But the gardens was not as we expected Lots of construction, Lots of dirty view

Versailles bellissima, visita ben organizzata con orari precisi da rispettare, forse un po' troppo affollata ma era sabato, servizio di acquisto biglietti perfetto e senza intoppi

The customer service was fast , I wrote to the app because I have some concerns about my tickets and they answered fast and in nice way . In the entrance of the attraction I don't have any issue , they scan my ticket and I went in . Everything was great

Technically the booking and execution of the visit was 100% perfect. If you want to see Versailles be prepared for crowds of visitors. To be fair, this wasn't a surprise. The audio guide is very much concentrating on the artworks and we would have preferred something 'closer to life' of the old times. However - all in all it was certainly worth the trip and the booking was reliable and smooth.

Der Besuch ist top organisiert. Das Schloss ist einfach traumhaft. Am besten informiert man sich vor dem Besuch über die Einzelheiten des Schlosses, dann kann man die Eindrücke besser erleben. Der Garten war leider teilweise im Umbau. Wahrscheinlich als Vorbereitung auf Olympia.

The line was horrendous. I spent 45 min waiting to go in. The line to the audio guide was long so I did not bother getting it. I went to the gardens first then waited online to get in and then decided to go to Grande and petite palace. I had to go around to get in. Apparently you only allowed to get two entrances to the garden and all need to be done through different gates! Really? And then you have to go around to get to the parking lot because you can't re-enter to cross the gardens again. You got to do something about all the waiting.

It was a shame so many people going in at the same time, meant having to wait outside in a long queue but then also felt rushed through the rooms as so many people in the rooms, too big a crowd at one time. Also ended up having to buy food in the Avangeline restaurant as baby was hungry but then we rushed to get outside to sit and eat it as thought we couldn't eat inside and then we were unable to go back inside to see the rest and the shop 🤦🏼‍♀️

Das Anstehen war erträglich. Was mich geärgert hat, dass es Gruppen gab, die vorne nachgefragt haben in welcher Linie sie sich anstellen sollen und dann einfach vorgedrängelt haben und die Angestellten nichts gesagt haben.

En sí es todo muy bonito y con mucha historia pero imposible verlo bien y disfrutar de la experiencia. Hay muchísima gente ya veces hasta era imposible avanzar. Igual que un atasco en una carretera. Otra cosa es que pone que hay una opción de visitar jardines gratuitamente y es mentira. Cuando estás ahí, es todo de pago y el que es gratis, según ellos, está cerrado
