Line 42 is popular for the legendary historical Tram cars which date back to the Austro-Hungarian Empire and up to the 1960s. The magnificent specimens are designed to give you an experience worthy of a monarch or commemorate the First Republic. Even better, get a chance to travel in one of the only two in Prague, the T1 Tram cars with American design.
Spend a day sightseeing the exquisite landmarks of Prague falling on line 42 at your own pace as the descriptive audio guide closely introduces each one of these spots. Along with prominent towers lying on this trail including Powder Gate Tower, St Nicholas Bell Tower, Old Town Hall Tower, Petřín Lookout Tower, and Charles Bridge towers. The Route includes stops at Dlabačov, Malostranské náměstí, Hellichova, Národní divadlo, Dlouhá třída, Náměstí Republiky, etc.

Popular stops on the route are the Dlabačov, Pohořelec, Královský letohrádek , Dlouhá třída, and more.

Operating hours: Every Sat, Sun, and holidays from 10am - 6pm.

The first stop is Dlabačov and the last circuit starts at 5:20pm from the Dlabačov stop.

Frequency: Every 40 mins. There is a 30-minute break on the Dlabačov stop after each circuit.
