• Before entering or exiting At The Top, all guests will be required to undergo a security check, including but not limited to an x-ray examination and/or inspections of bags

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible

• No outside food or beverage is allowed inside

• Please note that only visitors above the age of 15yrs are allowed on this experience

• Note that you must paddle the water bike by yourself around the lake

Dates and Timings

Daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM- available every 30 min

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the will-call ticket counter

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your experience to avoid delays

Ticket Redemption Point

• Head to the Ground Floor of the Dubai Mall

• Display the voucher at the will-call ticket counter located at the At The Top entrance on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall

• Once you have exchanged your voucher for tickets, follow the signs to the "Dubai Fountains"

• Once you are outside, please look for the "Lake Ride" sign and enter the ticket kiosk in front of the Wafi Gourmet restaurant

• The closest bus stop is The Dubai Mall, which stops right in front of the Dubai Mall

• Buses 27, 28, 29, 50, 81 & F13 will get you here
