Whoa, this was THE highlight of my Singapore trip. I am not one to seek adventure activities on my own so this structured and regulated encounter was my limit. Booking it prior gave me chance to read more about it and be prepared.

Loved the park and this shark encounter. It was convenient to have pre-booked the ticket to avoid waiting in lines at the venue again.

We missed our flight and had an extra day on hand. We chanced upon this activity and booked it at the last minute. We still got a good discount and it was easy to redeem it at the park. Turns out the missed flight was a blessing otherwise we would never have experienced this amazing dolphin encounter.

I wasn’t sure if it was worth the ticket prices but I decided to take a chance and it turned out fantastic. The dolphin adventure is a once in a lifetime experience and you shouldn’t miss it.

Easy to book, staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. Wet suits came in a big array of sizes. Dolphins were well treated and cared for. Photos were brilliant. Only small issue was I wish there was a hand rail to hold on to to get in and out of the pool as the steps were quite slippery so don't rush it. I want to go again!

Headout team helped me out to change the timings of the attractions visit as I booked wrong timing by mistake. Though this was before the ticket confirmation. One point of improvement I would suggest is the chat area could be more transparent. It updated the chat a lot later , leaving us out of conversation
