Important Information

For those opting for return transfers, please provide the same name and surname given at the hotel or passengers will not receive the pickup information for the return transfers. The return transfers must be pre-booked and the passengers have to hand over the voucher where the return transfers service has to be clearly mentioned.

Please note that luggage porter service is not included at the pickup at the Venice hotel or at the airport.

Oversized luggage (85 cm x 131.5 cm) will be chargeable and must be paid for on the spot, in cash.

Please provide all relevant information about arrival/departure time and date, flight origin, flight number, and/or destination, as well as the name of the hotel where the passengers are staying at the time of booking.

The Venice Tours desk is open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM. In case of flights landing earlier or later, passengers can head to desk no. 69 at the Arrival Hall in the airport with directions on how to meet the on-duty representative. Passengers may have to wait for 20-45 minutes from the time of arrival at the airport.

Venice Tours will try its best to accommodate passengers who are late depending on the availability of the next transfer and service.

Timings

The watertaxi transfers are operational daily on a daily basis.

From the airport to Venice, the watertaxis run between 8:30 AM and 10:00 PM. This is ideal for flights due from 7:30 AM to 9:10 PM, with the last shuttle from the airport leaving at 10:00 PM.

From Venice to the airport, the watertaxis run between 7:30 AM and 9:30 PM. This is ideal for flights due from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM, with the last shuttle from Venice leaving at 6:00 PM.

Travel time is approximately 1 hour long.

Pick up time will be approximately 3-and-a-half hours prior to the flight. Passengers will have to show up at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to departure.

Passengers departing from the hotel will receive confirmation of their transfers along with the pick-up and meeting point details one day prior to the departure.

Reduced Price Tickets

Children below the age of 1 enter for free. Please select the right profile type for your group during checkout. Also ensure that you are carrying a valid ID of the members in your group if you select any reduced price tickets during checkout.

Accessibility

This service is not fully accessible for passengers in wheelchairs or those with mobility impairment.

Restrictions

These transfers have fixed departures and cannot be postponed due to flight arrivals. In the case of flight delay on arrival, passengers can catch a later transfer if it is available. The last shuttle departs from the Venice Tours Desk by 10:00 PM (for flights landing by 9:10 PM approximately). In case of flights landing later or being delayed, passengers could miss the shuttle and the service will not be refunded.

Please note that in case of particular weather conditions, traffic congestion or restrictions to navigation imposed by the Venetian Municipality during special events, the service will be guaranteed with the least inconvenience possible through a different route and pick-up, and/or drop- off points may change. In this case, Venice Tours will inform passengers about the change. In the case of services operated via Piazzale Roma Car Terminal, the transfer from Piazzale Roma to the Airport or vice versa will be operated by minibus without any extra cost.

How to Redeem Your Tickets

Your mobile tickets will be sent to your email shortly. You may display the ticket on your mobile phone.

A water taxi will pick you up from the hotel at the time you have opted for and drop you to your destination. Please be ready on time.

Validity

These tickets are valid for 1 year from the time of purchase.
