Prado Museum & Royal Palace of Madrid Skip-the-Line Guided Tour

Our city tour was fabulous. Our Royal Palance tour was the same. We thoroughly enjoyed the information. Two great tours. The Prado tour was not what we were expecting. The rooms were so crowded we had a difficult time seeing the painting, as our tour guide was describing the art. We left the Prado tour and looked on our own. All in all, we loved the info provided by our guides.

The visit to the Royal Palace went very well, but the visit to the Prado Museum was not as we expected, we had to wait in line for more than half an hour, then we had problems with hearing the guide because his microphone did not work well and to top it off, the visit lasted only an hour, where we saw 5 paintings and little more...

Great explanation from Marta about the history and the most relevant paintings in the Museum del Prado. But the waiting in front of the entrance of the royal palace - no other people, Marta disappearing for 20 min somewhat not well planned.

the best thing was that the guide was able to point the most important paintings blending it with some historical details

Our guide Irena was absolutely delightful. She had wonderful knowledge and presentation to the art during the Museo de Prado tour. She made the entire experience absolutely memorable for the adults and teens (who are so hard to please). Wonderful personality!

I was late unfortunately due to the traffic resulted from a wrong route. The staff saved my day by connecting with the guide and getting me back to the tour group!

The Prado Tour was awesome but the Royal Palace Tour was canceled and I did not receive prior notice. I need a refund for that portion.

It is an amazing art museum. The tour leader took us to interesting paintings but was unable to see what she was talking about. It was not her fault that the museum allows so many visitors at the same time.

The Prado tour was great! Our guide was wonderful and did a great job! Apologies we don't recall her name. The Palace tour was also great! Such a beautiful Palace. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, but was occasionally surly or what might be interpretted as rude. Apologies we do not remember his name. Overall, we enjoyed both tours during our visit to Madrid.

There was an organizational problem with some people who were not on the list and delayed our tour of the Prado museum by at least 3/4 of an hour. I had already visited the royal palace and was quite disappointed that the kitchens and apothecary were closed, to be honest.

Ricardo was one of the best guides we have ever had! He is truly the best and we would be thrilled to take another tour with him the next time we are in Madrid

The explanation of the guides was great, they described and told us the details of places and paintings in a fun way and we learned a lot.

Our guide was really knowledgeable and shared his knowledge in a way that made me see and understand the paintings! He was also very knowledgeable about the history of the art and the times and shared that with us so we could appreciate the circumstances under which the artist worked. Our guide is a great teacher and communicator - very lucky to have had such a great person to show us the museum!!!

The guide at the Prado, Ana Maria, was amazing - she explained each painting with immense knowledge and enthusiasm. She clearly loves her job. The guide at the Royal Palace was less enthusiastic and, as a large part of the palace wasn't air conditioned, it was a relief to escape at the end of the tour.

I really liked that it was simple and not heavy. We went light and it was not boring at all, the content of the topics and what was exposed seemed to me very very very according to the time not so much to the total price. I liked it very much, I have the feeling that I will repeat. Thank you very much for your services.
