Entry Tickets to the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island with Ferry Transfers

:-) Einfache und übersichtliche Buchung. Die Beschreibung zur Ferry (Liberty Statue) dürfte etwas konkreter sein. :-( Wir haben jedenfalls über 2 Stunden anstehen müssen, obwohl versprochen wird, man würde schnellen Zugang erhalten.

Always wanted to visit the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island. Headout made it so easy to book ahead and enjoy our special day!

It was so easy using the headout website and booking before we travelled we wanted to avoid the queues which we did. We walked quickly onto the ferry and everything was managed so very well Great value for money . The Statue of Liberty is so iconic and Ellis Island so emotional with elements of joy and sadness. So worth a visit

For what I paid, we didn't even get a chance to visit Ellis Island. Would of been nice to be told when the last ferry's was so we could of spent less time on liberty island and also visited Ellis Island

I wouldn't say I loved the visit to statute of liberty. I think y'all could have done more to inform your clients that you need to buy separate tickets to get to the platform (sold out by the time we got there). And most of the guides also said y'all don't have a good rep. You could have told us that ferry service terminates by 2 pm as well. So was my experience good? Nope. Meh is more like it.

All went well, the only downside is the guard reviewing the ticket didn't recognize our tickets which I had to explain where I purchased them.. etc. but after that the experience was really good. One of my little daughter dream is to visit the Liberty statue and she definitel enjoyed it!

The ticket experience with headout was good, i really appreciated the visit at Ellis island, the weather wasn't good for the Liberty island's visit but it was nice too even if my ticket doesn't allow me to go inside the statue. I will recommend headout to any of my friends visiting New York.

Access to both islands was great. Our stay was short but it was a place I wanted to do. Delighted with the experience

ticket purchase was easy, security queues were short, waiting for ferry was a doddle and once on the statue of liberty Island the ice cream was enormous and to die for. Well worth the visit.

Thank you for asking. Unfortunately I haven't been able to come for my booked tour since my work schedule was so full during my trip in New York. I had the chance to see the Lady from Fort Clinton on a quick walk to the waterfront though, she looks amazing. It will be for my next trip. Take care, Pascal Caillette

We really enjoy that trip the services is so good and friendly staff.and also that was unforgettable experience because we are only a tourists to see the Statue of Liberty'.

Fun activity with my out of town cousin. However printing the UPC code seemed unnecessary especially as it's set up to fill an entire page with ink! Why? Very wasteful...

Everything was smooth. We really had fun.the trip was excellent.I get to see lady Liberty and all my friends that went along with me for the first time had a great experience.

I unexpectedly went to the hospital last week. Standing for long periods in the hot sun was not ideal. We were packed on that boat like sardines. The trip back was much better but we had to stand in line for 20 minutes to guarantee a seat. There should be some alternatives for those of us who can't handle standing in the hot sun for long periods of time

The queuing system was poor, being squeezed an pushes to get on the ferry. Had to wait for on ellis island for a second boat as the boat was full quickly as tourists didn't want to visit the island

Everything runs as planned and at the exact time. Great experience

The boat ride was very nice, The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island was amazing, I learned a lot about Ellis Island
