Palace of Versailles Tickets with Optional Passport Tickets

Amazing place to visit if you are visiting Paris, go for the early ticket as after a couple of hours every where, were you will want photos will be packed. Still amazing

Headout was great, easy to use. They scanned it at the gate and I went in, easy peasy. Palace of Versailles itself was a different matter, I deff should've went later in the day, it was sardine packed in there! But that's not Headout's fault. Deff do the grounds after to get some space after that, Antoinette's hamlet is cool. And they have pigs and goats!

The Palace of Versailles is a simply marvelous place, an indescribable cultural immersion. Its opulent halls, with their extremely delicate details, take you back in time. The gardens are a spectacle in themselves, contemplation to the sound of birds and music that enchants and sharpens our senses.

It wasn't clear to me that you were going to send me the "real" tickets the day before my visit. As I was already on vacation in Paris, it's a good thing my partner saw your e-mail and sent me the tickets. And I think it's a shame to have to install an application to access the audio guide.

impressive history, buildings, gardens (maybe more a littel more towards summer), furniture and last but not least the art.

Very disappointed that the water features were not working on Thursday. The gardens showed fountains throughout their marketing websites etc First time visitor disappointed

Getting the tickets was easy; my issue wasn't with the tickets but the venue. I was expecting the palace at Versaille to be a PALACE (hint: a museum of how the original inhabitants, aka the royals, lived). But it's been turned into yet another art museum. They turned all the original apartments and housing areas into emplty rooms with art on the walls. No furniture. No belongings of the royal family. Not what I expected. (But the gardens were lovely).

An easy to use, convenient and practical application. Versailles a unique experience. Among all the Gardens will be unforgettable.

I liked it, but I had read on the website that the gardens were open to visitors, and they weren't. The queue was long and I found it expensive to pay for another ticket just for the gardens. Las entradas estuvieron perfectas,en cuanto al palacio, fue impactante,los jardines son sublimes,me hubiera gustado estar ahí más tiempo

Les personnes travaillant au château sont adorables. Le tracé est très bien fait, les lieux sont magnifiques. Cependant l'accès aux jardins devenu payant et cher est vraiment dommage et il y avait vraiment trop de monde.

It is incredible the amount of beautiful objects and full of history, to appreciate the totality of each piece in a single day is not possible, the gardens are immense and there is much to appreciate, there are surprises in the details, it is worth the trouble to visit it completely (palace, gardens, trianon and the village) even if you end up exhausted. For those who are in good condition you can rent one of the bikes available, another option are the trolleys. Wonderful!

The visit was as pleasant as ever, despite the crowds which made it difficult for us to get lost ... no meeting point provided for this purpose... too bad... as a result, we were unable to stroll through the gardens!

This was not my first visit to Versailles, however, and this time around you guys made it real easy for us. What a pleasant experience!

I had a great experience on the wensite. Easy and good to navigate. I didnt like my visit at Versailles Palace. It was crowded, suffocated inside, many people on the same room, i didnt finish all the tour because I wasnt felling happy.

The application is easy to use, handy in planning a visit to Versailles, and well organised on site. The only negativ feedback is, that still far to many people per group are entering in the same time, so the tour inside is extremly crowded.
