From Versailles: Palace of Versailles Guided Tour & All Access Ticket

Guide was excellent and the rooms were wonderful as usual (this was my third visit to Versaille). Weather was miserable, which led to too many visitors being let into the palace at the same time. While this helped us all get out of the rain and cold, the severe crowding made it quite difficult to appreciate the artwork.

The different language offering, the size of the group, the ability to skip the queue, and the use of portable devices for the guide to communicate the narration of the visit. Brilliant.

All in general except for the statue of Louis XIV, which was covered and under restoration and therefore could not be found.

Very uncomplicated booking, nice and competent guide. And Versailles is a must-see when you're in Paris. It is well worth it. But you should plan enough time.

Olivia our guide was knowledgeable, fun and just awesome, and when we missed our 1030 tour and she called to see where we were. We told her our driver did not show up so we weren't going to make it. She was able to fit us in for 1 o'clock. Where is the people at? Headout said oh sorry, no refunds no rescheduling so once again thanks to the guide for making our experience great.

Apart from being a dream of mine to visit, our guide was amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly and allowed loads to time to take photos and suggested best places for these. Small tour group helped.

Le démarrage de la visite était à l'heure mais la qualité des audio guidés n'est pas très bonne et cela grésille beaucoup dans les oreilles. Dommage aussi que l'on ne puisse pas recevoir les billets en avance car nous n'avons pas pu démarrer la visite en autonomie avant le rdv pour la visite guidée. Donc notre n'avons pas eu le temps pour la visite des Trianons. La guide était agréable mais pas très structurée. Dans l'ensemble assez déçus

Our guide was great, with lots of anectodotes to help us better understand and appreciate the tour. What's more, our guide was very kind and professional.

The guide was ok but she repeated herself a lot and went into detail on paintings and decor but not so much about the history of the place generally. It was raining heavily and we seemed to spend a great deal of time stading outside being told what to expect rather than going inside to see it all. Once we finally got inside we then had to wait while one lady went to the bathroom, again, a waste of time. So the tour ended up being both shorter and alot less informative than expected.

The guided tour was great .Loved that the guide showed up at the schedule time . The tour was well explained , to know what you are looking at and what it represent I recommend the the guided tour .

Great way to see such a beautiful palace - glad we skipped the line as it was insane - the legth of the tour was about right. Teh tour guide took some great photos of our family in the hall of mirrors. After the place tour we rented a golf cart and toured the gardens - the best way to see such a large area - dont forget to bring your drivers licenece.

Wonderful guided tour! Skip the line access is really not necessary in the winter seemingly, but an in-person guided tour is far superior to an audio guided tour! We ended up with four people total in our group so it really felt like a private tour!

Our guide, Miguel, knew a lot about the History of Versailles Palace. He met us on time and the tour also started on time too. The group was small, what was good. I recommend this tour.

We were met with a host at the designated location before the Palace tour started. We were early so she made a recommendation for a place to eat breakfast. Upon our return, we were met by a wonderful tour guide who shared her knowledge and love of the palace. The headsets were a wonderful idea. Thank you!

Our guide was very good and interesting. However, there were TOO many people! He shouldn't allow so many, because it's almost impossible to appreciate certain areas. What's more, we didn't have time to see the Petit Trianon because of the delay at the entrance to Versailles.

Julie our guide at the top full of information the perfect narration the visit top the small council restaurants top (Limousin just opposite) the visit room after room formidable and I specify quietly and not with the step of race the questions answers very detailed one can only recommend and advise thank you for these good moments.

The tour with the local company in collaboration with headout (Paris tour) was perfect. Our guide Julie was fascinating. We couldn't have wished for more, and I would have listened to Julie talk for hours. I highly recommend this tour! Special thanks to our wonderful guide!

The tour guide was really friendly and paid attention to details. She was so kind and patient, made this experience extra interesting. Highly recommend getting the skip the line ticket with the tour, as this is the only way to have a joyful educational experience with no trouble.
