Batobus: 24/48-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Seine River Cruise Tour of Paris

The trip down the river was lovely, but on the way back we waited for 40mins for a boat from the Louvre stop, and it never arrived. We then walked up the river for ten minutes and the boat did not pass us (totalling at least 50mins with no boat). This is despite plenty of other boats from other companies regularly travelling in both directions. There was no communication regarding delays. As a result we feel we overpaid for a one way trip down the river, as we could not use the hop on hop off function due to lack of boats.

Used to travel from the Eiffel Tower to Notre Dame which was good, however would have appreciated a bit of info being provided on route about places we were passing

The experience was amazing. The concept of Hop-On and Hop off was too good. One suggestion for improvement - . Please send the actual ticket to email for the one who does online purchase, instead of collecting the tickets near to the boarding centre by standing in the big queue again.

With the 1 day pass you can get on and off the boat wherever you want, walk around, visit a monument, have lunch, etc, and come back to take another boat. There are 9 stops, some right in front of places like Notre Dame. It is worth it to go along the Seine, it is super nice and a nice means of transportation.

Good option to go with the family and avoid walking with a good view going to the tourist spots. The problem was the delivery of entry because they requested a QR that the app did not generate, and there is no self-guide.

The batobus was very good. I advise you to check if the voucher is worth it, since in the end we only went once due to schedules. In addition we had to pass the tickets by email because they did not recognize the number of the app, which is something that should be improved. Still, it took us little time and the experience was good.

The Batoboat experience was great. The ability to get On and Off the boat throughout the day and another one coming down to get On in about 20 minutes was wonderful. The bad experience was with the tickets... buying them online and not having them sent to our phones. We had to be at the port when they opened to get printed copies. This was inconvenient, also because there was heavy rain that morning. Headout should have been able to transfer tickets to our phones as other people used their phones.

You can board at any stop, no need to go to the Eiffel Tower to pick up your ticket. Good stopping locations and a chance to rest your feet and see the sights. Easy to hop on - probably less regular in November when we went, but still about every half hour.

The hop on/hop off was the best feature. We visited landmark sites and got back on the boat to go to the next area and location. I did not like that they were no clear signs where to que or line up to get on the boat. One boat attendant said he could only take 30 people and so everyone after had to wait for the next boat which took up to 30minutes to come. We were at the pick spot when no one was waiting and did not know which side was the on ramp to que up and which was the exit.

Ticketing booth is easy to find and the staff are very helpful. I love the idea of getting off and on .. as I can explore various places with no pressure of missing out my next destination. Weldone guys and thank you for your service . I will use your service again with no hesititstion and I recommend 100%

Very good, as expected. We recommend this tour, to get an idea of the most important monuments, going down and getting to know each one, without paying extra on the way back to the boat.

Very convinient and scenic tour. It takes you to some interesting tourist attractions of Paris. It is indeed a must do on your list whipe in Paris

Good experience with the possibility of getting out and in. However. Special attention to the location of the stations. The one identified at the foot of the Louvre was not correct

The site wasn't opening so i couldn't retrieve the tickets. Had to download the app to access the booking. App had QR-code for scanning on the stations. Why go to that one station to get the tickets if QR-code can be scanned on any station?

Wished I had know about Batobus earlier in our trip. Stopped at all the main tourist attractions and there wasn't a long wait for next boat if you missed one. Beautiful to see Paris on Sienne River.

It goes quite slow. Not just the speed of the boat, but the on and off. At one point, people were being so slow, I thought they were finished coming off, so I went ahead to board. I got yelled at. I didn't understand why, as I don't speak French :(. As well, I had booked online and needed to exchange my paper for my ticket. I went to The Louvre stop and no one was there. I then walked to another booth to take care of it. You shouldn't note you have to exchange your paper at the Eiffel Tower stop as I was allowed to exchange it at another stop, thank goodness. That was a positive experience.

We could get off at any station, look at everything at our leisure and then take the next boat or the one after that to continue. The boats came about every 25 minutes. The staff was very nice and multilingual.

Works as expected, went for 2 days for the extra few euro, was well worth it. Short wait times of max 20 min at each stop give a well earned rest. We got an Uber to our nearest pickup and then got the boat round Paris. would definitely use again.

Frequent running times. Generally very polite members of staff. It was very warm on the days we used the service and some of the windows were not open. I think this would have helped with ventilation and minimising the heat.
