9/11 Memorial & Museum Tickets

Way too many people in the venue to be able to experience the memorial. Some rooms had people 7-8 deep so looking at what there was made it impossible.

The exhibit was such a a tribute to those that died and was done so we can all remember that day. Very well done and moving. I really loved the interactive technology that allows you to look up a specific person and hear about them. I

The art of the exhibit was amazing. I visited with the audio guide and it was perfect. In every room you can take your time to read and inform yourself about the different topics. It was so emotional to see the whole happening. At the end I just was speechless about it.

I memorized "Ground Zero" inscribed the names of Japanese people cuz I'm Japanese. it remined me not to repeat that tragedy strongly. Thank you.

Another perspective and all the impressions about 9/11 were very interesting. The burnt down Fireworker truck impressed us so much. The Wall with all the Victims and all the Audios showed were really sad.

It was really emotional experience. Brought be back to the day it happened. So sad but a wonderful and beautiful museum

The symbolic load of the museum is impressive. We were able to access without queuing up, which is undoubtedly a good thing to enjoy the visit.

A simple and respectful way of telling the story of 9-11. Done well and both heartbreaking and uplifting. Well worth a visit

The October 7th events in Israel made us feel what people went through on 9/11. Knowing who are our enemies and understanding we have to take the right side fighting them.

The museum was great but the flow was not great. Felt like I was missing some areas. It was very warm in places. Need to allow more time when going, lots to read and absorb

Somber, informative and entertaining. The layout allows guests to see the artifacts and ask questions about technology that most people don't remember or never saw. Great tribute to all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

The museum experience was enhanced by the use of the audio guide and the NYPD bagpipes that played a few songs. The use of Headout tickets made for quick and easy entrance into the museum as well as clear directions on how to get to the museum via metro/train and walking.

Everything was touching , your efforts to put the museum and all the effects were very interesting...it touched my heart and I felt the pain of all the people involved in the tragedy

Ticketing was easy - did it online. Waiting in line was not bad. Once it started it went quickly. The museum experience was incredible. Definitely need to return and spend more time - so much to take in. I think the history and documentation is very thorough.

The truth is the application, super friendly and effective at the same time, all the broadway shows I bought the tickets in it, then also the cruise tour to the statue of liberty, the memorial of the twin towers, and summit one Vanderbilt, filemos family enjoyed it very much !!! The 9/11 memorial and museum is an incredibly moving experience. For those who experience it, hopefully it will cause them to maintain their vigil to prevent other terrorist activities on our soil. Bless all those who perished and honor those who perished attempting to save others.

It was really a humbling and emotional experience. The museum was very well done. It took us right at 4 hours to do everything.

Our ticketing experience was very simple And easy. Our tour guide was fabulous!!! Absolutely the best and it made our experience there incredibly memorable and so much more meaningful. I'm so glad we went with the tour guide !! Everything came to life and we will remember it forever!!!

This was the best experience I went to in New York! Really informative and emotional! The tickets were easy to access on the app all I had to do was scan the bar code at entry.

I'm great full that I got to go through at my own pace. Didn't feel pressured at all. Or overcrowded either. Nice pace of flowing people through!
