1-Hour Seine River Cruise with Live Commentary

we are talking about France, Paris. Obviously, the scenario is gorgeous. A boat leaving every 30 minutes , no commitment of arrival time, does take a lot of pressure away from a tourist.

Loved the time spent going about and got enough time to add the sights. Saw the Eiffel tower lit up. But the seats upstairs were closed always. So everyone crowded at the bottom and especially outside. Why not remove the seats from upstairs to not give false expectations to the customers.

The cruise was very interesting, although if you were siting outside, you couldn't hear anything of the guide. As for the ticketing, the code that you sent me, for the discount, it was not valid, and this happened twice, so I felt that you fooled me.

It was a great experience to have a cruise! It was like an efficient tour and we could see the famous historical buildings from the angle which you cannot see from the land.

It was fun to go around and watch the Eiffel Tower twinkle. Evening slot is better for that. The line was big, but was managed well and everyone got a good seat and view. Thanks

Spectacular. It is worth taking it at 20:00. They make a short stop when the light show of the Eiffel Tower is on.

Too crowded, too many people onboard, the way the chairs were facing the windows mare ot difficult to see the sight. When it started to rain not all people fitted inside and thusbothing could be seen outside. I don't recommend you.

Wonderful experience, very friendly and organized staff. Only thing: little information regarding the history and sights of Paris during the cruise.

It was really good the location was really nice. We had a great time with my family so it was a really great experience.

The cruise itself is great but the experience could be better if it were handled more professionally. It suffers from oversubscription that runs the risk of being like a cash cow with a reduction in service quality. For example, it was not clear where the entrance was with a box outside the main wharf. The emailed instructions were good but not immediately to hand. There were no staff to manage crowd control at the entrance and seasoned tour operators came in and moved their own guests ahead of those already waiting. The platform needs to significantly improve passenger crowd control. There was only a couple of staff checking tickets on the wharf but not a soul around to manage the crowds. The waiting area had no barriers, so people tended to make their own rules how to gather (ie in a big crowd surge formation with a rush of people being hurt or crushed). There were no staff available to manage passengers on the boat itself (other than to drive the boat). Many people resorted to saving a spot for themselves against the side of the vessel, meaning that those seated couldn't see anything unless they also stood up and tried to look over or go to the side rail, creating a potentially hazardous situation - there's no one to look out if anyone was to go overboard. Audio was a rather vanilla recording that played back as though on a ghost ship with a clear absence of staff to save money and maximise profit. This all detracts from what is an amazing experience.

The boat was clean and staff friendly. Good value for money. Commentary was quite comprehensive too. Would recommend.

The Seine River cruise is a must-do experience in Paris! The view is fantastic. We chose the 5:30 p.m. shift and it was a perfect choice because we passed under the Eiffel Tower just as it began to shine.

Perhaps indicate in the reservation that "tickets" are to be collected at the cash desk. Review the verbose and incorrect telephone advert. I was only able to book online at the last minute. Clarify that the state of the flood can change the itinerary, which was the case (normal) but disappointing. We would have changed our program. We wanted to see ND de Paris. Otherwise well organized.

Good experience, tickets are claimed at the station near the l'Alma bridge, the lines are a bit chaotic.

Beautiful and wonderful experience and even more so on time. Maybe a little bit the punctuality for the boat to leave, but the rest was great.

It was pretty good but the name of the company is wrong in the title of the tiket, so we went to the wrong place and it was stressful to find the right one.

:grinning:The length of the cruise (over an hour) leaves plenty of time to observe the monuments and learn a lot. The translation of the commentaries into many different languages is very useful. We were able to take the cruise seated outside, and when it started raining, we quickly moved to a sheltered, heated indoor area, very good. Very good value for money.

A great way to start off a visit to Paris. The useful commentary pointed out all the major sights along the river and was useful in deciding what we should go to see during our brief stay. The staff were helpful, too.
