One World Observatory Standard Ticket: Skip-the-Box-Office

The observation deck is the best view of the city, but the expense is fairly high for what amounts to walking around a room for 15 minutes. The 'skip the line' ticket simply allows you to go to a seperate line through security. After that, everyone is in the same line for the elevator, everyone is in the same line for the 'movie', everyone is in the same line to get through the mandatory picture area, and everyone is in the same line to get through the 'upsale' area where they try and sell you a tablet that explains what you are looking at (not sure how anyone with a smart phone thinks this is helpful). The trip is a continuous and unavoidable attempt to sell you additional services and products.

Quick and easy to book and use the tickets. One World was breathtaking the whole experience from entering the elevator to the views were amazing. Well worth visitbg. .

The views were all inspiring, and I was very glad to be there. It did not disappoint from the beginning of walking in to the elevator ride to the sites at the very top on the observation deck. When we had questions, the staff were absolutely awesome. If we get back to New York, we would absolutely want our daughters to come up with us.

the memorial has been so well laid out and a touching remembrance of those lives that were lost and the people that supported the cause.

It was a little overcast the afternoon we were there. Actually, there was a complete whiteout of the view. However, the displays and pictures of what was out there were awesome. It was still worth the cost of the experience.

Great views and a very fast lifts but the gift show is a rip off expensive and very poor quality the staff are very helpful and friendly.

the good thing is that we bought the tickets at 10:00 and one hour later there was no line for those who had tickets. It worked perfect

Ticketing was good and painless. Could have done w/o the photo shoot and the iPad rental. Loved the view when the screen raised after the short movie. Dining experience good.

Found it easy to book online but I do worry in this day and age the older people will get left behind
