Granada Card with Priority Access to Alhambra

Door tijdslot niet te druk maar toch wel onrust omdat om 2000u dec de sluitingstijd was. Helaas daarom.niet alles goed kunnen zien en ervaren.

Support was professional and all went smoothly. Prices were double the standard rates of the official website (which admittedly sell out very quickly) . Happy we could have visited this cultural and historical gem in one of Spain's most beautiful towns.

Leider wurde nicht eindeutig beschrieben, dass das 48 Stunden Ticket nur am ersten Tag für die Alhambra gilt. Das war sehr verwirrend. Ich hatte gehofft, dass ich 2 Tage Zutritt zur Alhambra gehabt hätte. Die Alhambra selbst war super toll. Wir haben leider keine Audio - Kopfhörer mehr erhalten. Somit mussten wir uns mit unserem Reiseführer - Buch behelfen. Es war auch uneindeutig, dass der Eintritt in die Nasriden - Paläste so genau passen musste. Bis man sich in dem großen Gelände zu den Palästen gefunden hat, dauert es schon eine Weile. Die Architektur der Alhambra ist jedoch fantastisch. Ich werde auf jeden Fall noch einmal diese wunderbare maurische Festung besuchen. Dann werde ich sehr lange vorher eine deutschsprachige Führung buchen.

Hemos hecho todas las vistas incluidas en la tarjeta sin ningún problema, igualmente fácil fue adquirir la tarjeta para realizar los 9 viajes en autobús local. Y el recorrido en el tren turístico, estupendo también.

Stay at Granada was great. Every parts of the ticket worked. We could reach easily the most important monuments included in the Granada Card. The unique transport system was acceptable, and worked well, but it would be good if the information on the Granada Card included the fact that the service is provided by minibuses signed with separate letter (C) and numbers which is different from the bus system that supplies the most of the city.

This was the last option on the dates we wanted and Headout had the availability, though, not so cheap but at least valid. As we were in the early morning, skipping the line was irrelevant. In addition, we had to provide a passport number and after booking the tickets my passport number changed but Headout could do nothing to change this on the ticket (strange admin stuff). So was worried if would get in, but luckily they needed my ID to compare the name and not the number provided on the ticket. Anyway a bit of stress and disappointment were there from my side of the service.

More information about the locations (web links) would have been useful in advance and would have made it easier to plan the visit to Granada. Unfortunately, one ticket machine (out of 8 distributed throughout the city) did not work and finding it is not really easy for foreigners without any knowledge of Spanish. The information about the tourist train was also too little. However, the overall offer was very good, unfortunately we couldn't use everything in the short time we had.

Everything was on time and if we had not bought the tickets in advance we would miss the whole experience- it was booked out for the day.

Alhambra visit was a sold out and we are so glad that we booked the Granada pass through headout as it helped us visit the full Alhamra site of Nasirid Palace, Generalife and Al cazaba. It is a must visit place.

The ease of seeing all the monuments, and that you include the tourist train and bus tickets to get around the city.

The Granada card got us in Alhambra when everywhere else was sold out! Also, we saw a couple of other tourists attractions with our pass. One thing to point out - the bus card machines were down (we checked several times in a day at different locations) so we weren't able to get our bus card. We should get a partial refund for that.

Alhambra itself was amazing!!! The ticket wasn't skip the line. The Granada pass that came with it meant that I'd had to walk half way around Granada to find someone to issue the bus tickets. There were no guides. I nearly missed my entry time as the distance to cover from the entry point at the ticket office to where you enter is a decent 15 minute walk.

Super expérience. Tout c'est très bien passé. Il a été facile de récupérer nos pass de bus. Pour le reste, ça a été très facile d'accéder aux différentes visites :)

Unique experience to visit the Alhambra, spent 8 hours in the complex, audio guide to download completely sufficient! Granada city another highlight for which we planned another day. Everything is easy to do with local transport, haven't seen everything yet, will be back!

Easy access to the Alhambra, Royal Chapel, Cathedral and Science Park. No double queues to validate tickets, nothing like that. Very easy access. And very good about the bus tickets, we did not know if they were valid for the metro and we did not want to risk. Although we found the card a bit expensive, especially for the second child over 12 years old. Otherwise a positive evaluation in general.

Thr Alhambra visit was amazing! Unfortunately we didn't manage to make the most out of the card as we couldn't use it until we first visited the Alhambra, which was our second day and then we didn't have 48 hours from then, which was very disappointing. Also the fact that you have to go and collect the bus tickets included, meant that we didn't use them either, as none of the collection points were convenient.

The experience and the place is wonderful. I recommend visiting at 3 pm in winter, as the light is impressive when it enters through each of the spaces.
