I loved the tour of the Empire State Building. What I didn't like was the fact that the tickets kept disappearing from the Headout App. I had to keep going in (at least 4 times 0 to bring up the tickets based upon my invoice number. Good thing I brought that piece of paper with me or else I would have been shut out of this experience. Why didn't my tickets remain on the Headout app after I put them up there? I've never had this issue with other ticket apps in the past.
