Our guide Henri was excellent in terms of explaining the history of the tower and he answered lots of questions of the group. Also it was quite easy to enter the tower.

The tour guide (Henry) was abosultely correct with us, he was well prepaired, kind. However, at the beginning of the tour, we were not sure what exactly happening, because the summit was closed for a while and Henry tried to explain how can we go up to the summit later, but it was very uncertain, unclear. He really tried his best, but there were some mistrust in the situation. Your company should prepare a bit better to the similar situations, when the summit is closed. It would be much better for the visitors and the could help the guide, too.

Guide to begin the tour was easy to find. Guide that took us up the tower was entertaining and gave us facts in a fun way. We walked to level 2. It's intense, especially if you've walked all day. Going to the third level was worth it. Views from second and third are amazing. Watch the tower sparkle for 5-min, on the hour, starting at dusk.

Well organised tour, the guide waited for us punctually at the advised meeting point, we didn't have to wait long at the entrance to the staircase for accessing the Eiffel Tower, informative tour, optional climb to the top without the guide was included.

Spend Upto Two Hours Climbing the Eiffel Tower, and Perhaps Even its Summit!

Embrace the daredevil in you as you walk across the glass floor, 57 meters above ground level. Seal the deal by taking some memorable snaps. Taking to the stairs again, the higher you go, the better the view. The observation deck on the 2nd floor will have you gawking at the Notre Dame and the Champs Elysees. But the fun doesn’t stop here. Optionally, step out of the ordinary, and see Paris in all its glory from the Summit, with access via elevator.

Please Note: We may experience some delays as some locations can be unavoidably busy at mandatory security checks and at entrances for the stairs and the elevator of the Eiffel.

Summit access is not included unless the option is chosen while booking.
Seine River Cruise tickets are included only if the option is chosen (physical tickets will be given to you when you arrive for the Eiffel Tower tour.
As per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to include the summit, you'll need to visit the summit right after the guided tour ends. Afterward, feel free to explore the other 2 floors on your way down. The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass-floor, and occasional pop-ups.
In rare instances, the summit of the Eiffel Tower may be temporarily closed due to situations beyond our control, such as inclement weather or other circumstances. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit, even if it reopens during your tour, and you will be provided a refund for the price of summit access. Summit Access can no longer be purchased onsite.
