Are you ready for the ultimate bucket list experience? Look no further than tandem skydiving with Skydive Dubai! Get the liberty of choosing between the Desert Drop zone or the Palm Drop zone, and enjoy the dazzling scenic views of Dubai. Imagine soaring high above the vast golden sands of the Arabian Desert or the concrete wonder of Palm Jumeirah, the breathtaking views stretching below you as you prepare to take the plunge.

The Prep Before the Excitement

Make your way to your chosen drop zone on the day of your reservations. The experience will take 3-4 hours from start to finish - from registration upon arrival to the final landing. After registration and waiver forms are filled out, and your BMI is calculated for safety reasons, a spot for you will be reserved on one of SkyDubai's aircraft.

You will spend around 2 hours completing the health check, registration, and initial instructions. 30 minutes before you board the plane, your instructor will walk through the skydive, give you a safety briefing, and tell you about the best positions for the free fall soon to come. Once you wear your harness, you're ready to go!

With an upgraded ticket, you will be accompanied by a camera flyer who will interview you prior to boarding (be sure to smile every time you see them!). You will then be taken to the boarding area, taking pictures all the while, as safety checks are conducted on all equipment and the aircraft itself.

Dive Through the Dubai Sky

Start your adventure by boarding the aircraft. The ride on the way up is 20 minutes. Right before you reach exit altitude – a whopping 13,000 feet or 4,000m – you'll be harnessed to the front of your instructor and checked over once more before jumping from the aircraft. Then, enjoy a freefall for a full 60 seconds! Don't forget to smile at the camera as you do. Your parachute will finally deploy at 6000 feet, following which you will have up to 5 minutes of a relatively relaxing parachute ride, allowing you to get your bearings and admire the incredible views of the surrounding areas as you descend.

The rest is better experienced than told but, we can guarantee, you're not bound to forget it any time soon!

Know Before You Go

Important Information

Note: Desert Drop Zone will be non-operational for Summer. Closed from now until Sept 23.
The names of the guests booked for the skydiving experience must match the names on their passports. Any changes to the names after the booking has been processed will be charged at AED 300 per name and must be paid at the time of check-in.
We recommend that you wear comfortable and athletic clothes along with sneakers or sports shoes for this activity.
The Skydive Dubai Tandem Waiver and Insurance Policy form are required to be filled out and signed by participants.
Participants 70 years and older are required to fill out the Declaration of Fitness form and have it signed and stamped by their doctor before arrival.

Restrictions

All guests are required to be 18 years of age or above (according to the Gregorian calendar) on the day of tandem skydive.
Women weighing more than 90kgs/198lbs, women with a BMI greater than 27.5, men weighing more than 100kgs/220lbs, and men with a BMI greater than 30 are restricted from participating in this experience.
It is required to avoid drugs, alcohol, and scuba diving 24 hours before your experience begins.
The experience is not accessible for pregnant women, guests with epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, dislocated shoulder or other limbs, recurrent weakness, diabetes, mental illness, and drug or alcohol addiction.
Skydive Dubai staff will weigh you (with your shoes and clothes on) when you check in on the day of your skydive.
Weight and BMI, Body Mass Index, for participants with clothing and sports shoes, must not exceed the maximum safety requirements when it is checked by the Skydive Dubai staff at the registration desk. If these numbers exceed our requirements, you will not be permitted to Skydive.
All participants must carry a valid photo ID on the day of their experience and a waiver form must be signed at the time.
The flight may not take place when the weather conditions are poor. If you feel unsure about the weather on the day of your experience, you can reach out on the details mentioned in your confirmation voucher to check flight status.

These are legal and manufacturer restrictions and exist for safety reasons, as such, no exceptions will be made.

The entire experience takes 3-4 hours to complete, starting from registration upon arrival to the final jump.
Depending on the availability, the final time slot of your flight could change by 60-90 minutes from the time slot you have selected during checkout.
The service provider reserves the right to charge a 100% no-show fee if you don't show up at the start time.
