• For the safety of all, the presence of security agents has been reinforced. A systematic check of bags has been put in place and the opening of jackets and coats is required at the entrance.

• Luggage other than small backpacks, handbags and computer bags will no longer be accepted inside our establishments, including in the cloakroom.

• Objects, boxes or other containers left unattended as well as suspicious behavior must be reported to Bateaux Parisiens crews.

• In addition, toilets are only available on board ships. No sanitary facilities are accessible on the pontoons.

• The cruise will return at 11pm.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the boarding point.

• Please arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
