Important Information

Skypark Sentosa

• Walk-ins are allowed at Skypark Sentosa by AJ Hackett ticketing counter, but it is recommended to choose an earlier available time slot for the day on a first-come, first-served basis.

SkyHelix Sentosa

• Paid rides include a choice of one standard non-alcoholic beverage or one souvenir, which must be redeemed on the same day of the visit.

• All ticket holders must select an available time slot at any Singapore Cable Car Ticketing Counter before heading to SkyHelix Sentosa for the ride, and seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Boarding for the booked time slot ends 15 minutes before the end of the hourly time slot, and guests may be turned away if they are unable to secure their seatbelts due to safety reasons and regulations.

Head Rock VR Play

• Children aged 12 and below must have an accompanying adult/guardian to supervise at all times.

• All individuals, except children aged 12 and below, must be fully vaccinated and present their vaccination status before entry, or they will be denied entry.

• Admission charges at $5/pax apply for non-playing/additional accompanying adults/guardians to enter HeadRock VR.

• Booking of time slot is mandatory, and reservations will be closed 1 day in advance.

• Please reserve a timeslot in advance here.

• The package is meant for 1 person's use and cannot be shared.

• Please arrive 5-10 mins early of your scheduled timeslot to redeem your entry ticket/game tokens

• Reserved timeslot will be held for a maximum of 15 mins before it is released without prior notice.

Kids Media Interactive Zone

• Ticket charges apply for additional accompanying adults/guardians and children below 3 years old.

• Socks must be worn to enter the kids media interactive zone, and no swapping of the accompanying adult is allowed.

Restrictions

Trick Eye Museum

• Food and drinks are not allowed within the museum.

SkyHelix Sentosa

• Children between 1.05m to 1.2m in height or under 12 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult, while guests under 1.05m in height are not allowed to take the ride.

Head Rock VR Play

• The experience is restricted for guests with high blood pressure, epilepsy, or similar.

• The experience is restricted for guests ho are pregnant or aged 65 and above.

Sentosa 4D Adventureland

• The experience is restricted for guests with physical disabilities, heart and cardiac conditions, back and spinal problems, motion sickness, and vertigo.

• The experience is restricted for guests who are pregnant or intoxicated.

• Height requirements apply for some rides and children who do not meet the requirements need to be seated on their parent's lap.

• Journey 2/Extreme Log Ride: 90 cm or 2 feet 11.4 inches

• Desperados: 110 cm or 3 feet 6 inches

• Purchase of tickets is required for children between 3 to 12 years old, and no consumption of food and drinks is allowed in the theatres.

How Do I Use My Pass

• You can redeem your pass by simply showing it at the entrance of each attraction to enter.
