Important Information

• Facilities: Lockers, Changing Rooms, Hot showers.
• Bring along your towel and swimwear.
• Bring along shower gel and shampoo, if you desire. No prior caving experience is needed.
• Your guide will take photos of you on your tour and email them to you afterward.
• You do need to be comfortable in the water, however, swimming is not a necessity. You will have a floating tube and expert guides.

Restrictions

• This tour can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in 1 group.
• This experience operates only with a minimum of 4 guests.
• The experience is restricted for guests aged 16 and under, weighing less than 45kg.
• The experience is not accessible for wheelchair users, pram/stroller users, people with mobility issues, people with back and neck problems, and guests who don't have a moderate fitness level or are too small.
• Note that the following are not allowed on this tour: camera equipment, tripod, selfie sticks, and GoPros.

Timings

• Daily: 9am & 2:30pm.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
