Tickets für Vatikanische Museen + Sixtinische Kapelle

We booked the "hosted entry". At the meeting point, our tickets were printed and handed to us. Then we have been sent to the line/queue which already waits for entry. That's not the procedure, I understand by "hosted entry". There is no added value compared to a inexpensive normal ticket without "hosted entry".

though we were a few minutes late to check in, the desk lady was very helpful in getting our final entry pass and pointing us to where we needed to go. It took us a whle to find 97 Viale Vatican so we were sweating bullets to get there close to appt time

El sistema de ventas fue claro y util. El punto donde se recogen las entradas estaba muy cerca del museo así que eso favorece bastante lo contrario al punto de entrega de las entradas al Panteón.

Was a good tour. The skip the line ticket experience was good and saved time. The guide at the tour office was really helpful with suggestions for other places to visit.

Eu, quando comprei pensei que teria guia, não foi o que aconteceu. Por isso não atribuo nota máxima, por não pegar fila foi ótimo.

Visiting the Vatican Museums was great. They changed our tickets without waiting and then we didn't wait at all. Thank you for a perfect experience!

Accueil limitée à une remise de document papier à scanner à l'entrée du serre file. Pas d'explication détaillée mais nous avons apprécié de ne pas faire la queue. c'est la raison pour laquelle les billets ont été réservés et payés en amont. Beaucoup trop de monde, l'amabilité est donc limitée.

Being able to get in quickly and go round the museum without a guide. Those groups with guides seem to take an incredibly long time and it was very crowded.

A fila andou bem rápido quando liberaram o acesso. Os staffs foram muito gentis e ajudaram com todas as dúvidas. Recomendo!

The entry process was seamless! We barely had to stand in line, this was the Best decision we did for the Vatican. An extraordinary experience

E' stata una esperienza belissima! Siamo entrati ai musei Vaticani in 10 min con la possibilita' di "salta filla" e dopo abbiamo avuto tempo per guardare e godersi i musei per tutto il pomeriggio. Grazie nuovamente!

Le rendez-vous a bien eu lieu à l'heure convenue et nous avons été admis au Vatican sans problème. Seul bémol : la prix. Moitié moins cher sur le ticket d'entrée.

Was not sure on directions to find the ticket pick up point at crown tours. Might have helped find it if we had that name not just an address although my phone was playing up so no goole maps and our tour had been put back 30 minutes & i didnt get the message. Not to worry staff were helpful and escorted our group to the skip the line queue which takes around 15 minutes from the office to the entrance. I found the initial part on the visit great but didn't realise you had to go through so many museums and rooms before the sistine Chapel. This was unfortunate as we were all tired by the time we got to the big moment. We were herded like cattle into the Chapel where people were talking, children running around and people taking photos. It was spoiled by this with guards telling people off, quite rightly. So crowded we did not have chance to stay and observe, shame. If your not good with digital stuff get someone to help with app and ticket info and get a street map to ease your journey.

Je trouve juste abusé de devoir passer par un tour operator pour pouvoir rentrer sans attendre pendant 5h. Le prix du billet s'en trouve augmenté..... Le prix de l'audio guide est aussi abusé

Ich bin glücklich, bei diesem Büro meine Eintrittskarte gebucht zu haben. Die minimalen zusätzlichen Kosten f[r mich standen in keinem Vergleich: Wir haben im Nu die Warteschlangen überholt und hinter uns gelassen. Immer wieder gerne, vielen Dank nochmal an die Organisatoren!

Super easy to meet up with the guide and get our skip the line tickets!! The Vatican museum was massive and absolutely beautiful and I'm so glad we booked through this to be able to get in faster.

Toda la experiencia estuvo súper buena, la explicación de la guía (Maria) estuvo perfecto y no tuvimos que hacer fila para nada. Me encanto conocer el Vaticano 100% recomendable

It was very good to book the tickets and 'skip' the line as it was miles long. Ceilings & artwork were amazing. Unfortunately it was mega busy with crowds of people like a football crowd, and lots of large groups so didn't get a chance to see everything as we were pushed through parts with the crowds

Our experience of the actual visit once inside was fine but to be honest I expected more than turning up at the meeting point, being issued with another ticket and told to cross the road to the entrance, which is hardly a 'hosted entry'. I could have worked that out for myself if the final tickets had been issued at the time of order. There was still a sizeable queue to negotiate.
