’New Normal’ protocols effective from July 1, 2020 until further notice

• Visitors will have to undergo a temperature check at the time of pick up from the hotel. If a visitor’s temperature is higher then 37.5 °C, he/she would be tested again after 5 minutes. If the temperature remains at 37.5°C or above, Elephant Jungle Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse the customer from joining the tour and in the case of a high-temperature visitor, a full refund will be provided only to that specific visitor

• All visitors are expected to put on a face mask throughout the duration of the tour, excluding eating time. If you do not have one upon pick-up, you can buy the masks from the driver (20 Baht)

• If visitors refuse to wear the face mask, they will not be allowed to enter the camp and the tour will be canceled without refund

• Visitors will be split into groups of 6. Each car will seat 5 to 6 visitors depending on the car type. No visitors will be allowed to sit in the front with the driver

• Visitors are expected to clean their hands with the alcohol gel provided before getting into the vehicle

• All visitors are expected to wash their hands with soap and water before proceeding to touch the elephant’s food

• Visitors are encouraged to observe social distancing with at least a 1-meter gap between each other

• The facility is sanitized at the start and end of every session

• Provided buffet during tours will be swapped for pre-packed meals so as to prevent cross-contamination

• Activity Shower with the elephant will allow the customer to join with rain shower or hose pipe only

• Mud spa with the elephants will be changed to observe elephants playing in the mud

7:30 AM - 7:45 AM - Arrive at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya. Enjoy a welcome snack, sip tea or coffee, and learn about elephants during the introduction program

7:45 AM - Meet the elephants, feed, play, interact, and take photos with them in a natural setting

8:30 AM - Mud spa with the elephants (In light of the current pandemic, this activity will be changed to observing elephants playing in the mud)

9:45 AM - Enjoy a traditional Thai lunch and later learn how to make Elephant poop paper before saying goodbye

10:30 AM - 10:45 AM - Leave the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary

Ages under 4 can join for free. Children aged 4 - 10 enjoy reduced prices on their tickets

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly after the purchase

• Please display the same along with a valid photo ID at the time of pick-up

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must show their valid student IDs

• Please arrive at your hotel lobby 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to avoid any delays
