Brooklyn Bridge
Perhaps New York City’s most famous bridge, Brooklyn Bridge opened in 1883 and has gone on to become an iconic landmark of the city. Standing at a height of nearly 300 feet, the bridge has been at the center of numerous stunts as well as performances. The massive towers are made of lime, Rosendale, cement, and granite, and consist of a pair of Gothic Revival pointed arches.
